I have used QPHA for the last 8 years and have been extremely pleased with their service in all respects from on time arrival to quality service requiring professional knowledge and expertise - always go the extra mile to solve your problem. 10/8/18 - Just had my bi-annual preventive maintenance - always on time - called ahead to confirm and as usual does a great job keeping our system to maximum efficiency - Thanks QPHA! 03/19/19 - bi-Annual preventive maintenance - ditto to my previous reviews - if you start right you finish right - don't hesitate to start with QPHA! -- 09/30/2019 Another year renewing my contract with QPHA - never disappoints - on time or early arrivals - friendly and courteous with the technical expertise needed to insure continued and safe operation. Thanks QPHA! 06/2020 In for my spring checkup and as usual did a great job - overall check found a few things that needed to be fixed to keep it running good. As usual prompt, friendly -- wouldn't consider anyone else to keep us protected - great job Will - again QPHA Many Thanks 10/2020 - Renewing my yearly contract with QPHA -- My past reviews reflect exactly what happened this time with QPHA - keeps the unit running to peak efficiency and great to have someone you can continually count on should occasion ever require. Many thanks again QPHA :) 04/2021 - Received a call from Palmetto Air Conditioning that they have taken over Quality plus heat and air customers in a buyout. Sorry to see them close as they have been a great supplier for heat and air service for me, however, nothing stays the same, so I wish them well in retirement and many thanks for the good attention we received - God Bless.
I called for a tech to come look at my system and was able to have someone come out the same day. The tech that came out, Frankie, was polite and courteous and did not give up when we were both stumped on what was going on. He didn't try to up sell me items I didn't necessarily need and was able to fix the issue without having me buy those items. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has heating/air issues. I know if I experience any issues here or in a future home in Columbia, I will be giving them a call.
Lighting struck my neighbor’s fence and then my ac unit. The other two companies we tried could not come until Monday. Quality pro was able to come out and do a diagnostics on my unit. Mr. Zacharia came out and was able to trouble shoot while giving great customer service. Everything was explained in detail what was wrong and the solution to it. Mr. Zacharia was very detailed in his inspections, explaining along the way how each piece affects the system. I am very grateful and happy to have had the service of this wonderful company to be honest, kind, caring, to come out and help me and my family during this incident. I will be having this company on speed dial for any future service. Thanks again for the outstanding service.
Will and his team were very professional in working with me. I was unable to be in town when they worked on my AC but they called and gave me updates and options. So thankful for their honesty!

I had the best experience with QP Heating and Air. From the start Will took great care of me with excellent communication response. Frankie and Scott were the professional team that not only found the problem with my AC but showed me things i could do to keep it running at max capacity. When it came time to settle up I was shocked at the price. There is absolutely no way I will ever use anyone but Quality Plus Heating & Air
I highly recommend Quality Plus Heating & AC! I had two complete air conditioner units and two complete gas furnaces replaced (separate units for upstairs and downstairs). Excellent service, excellent price, and professional results! The staff took their time and did it right. Outstanding job with the installs. Will (the owner's son) also personally inspected the work and fixed a few items that weren't up to his standards. A true locally owned business with great people. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Extremely honest. Had 2 previous companies tell me I’d need a new unit. After meeting with Quality, they told me they thought my issue was incorrect return sizing and duct work. Sure enough that was my issue. Saved me a ton of money. Actually one of the companies had even redone our duct work 1 year prior. It was done incorrectly. Thank you for you honestly, dependability and hard work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Dependable service, quality you can count on. My HVAC died as weekend was approaching.Quality installed complete new unit that Saturday. Price was very very fair. I have had occasion to have work done on my old unit and my daughter's unit. without fail, Jerry or his crew responded within the hour. I can not ask for more from this company. I highly recommend this firm!
Jerry was attentive and quick with communication, diagnosis, dealing my home warranty company, and completing the repair in a timely manner.
The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. Our issue was quickly diagnosed, repaired, repair tested very quickly. We were shown why our unit failed and what it would take to correct the issue. He answered all of our questions and even made self help recommendations to have us avoid calling in for repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend Quality Plus Heating & AC whenever you require an HVAC specialist.

I have been a loyal customer of Quality Plus for 16 years now. Wow, I can't believe it's been that long! Jerry and his entire team are the best. They installed a unit for me in 2003 and I haven't called on anyone else since. I am a Real Estate Broker and have recommended Quality Plus to many clients over the years. Couldn't be happier!
I highly recommend this service if you hesitate to call them. You don't have to waste your day for waiting their call. They respond quickly and promptly. They know what to do, why to do, how to do and when to do. I feel really comfortable after I know this service available in our neighborhood.
I have been using Quality Plus to service the HVAC in my home for two years, and I have always had a positive experience with the company and the service technicians. They always answer the phone, the technicians are knowledgeable and competent, and service is prompt. My most recent experience was with a service technician by the name of Will. Will is very professional in every way. He is respectful of the customers time, he is informative, and he is competent.
Showed up on time ,had part on truck , got unit up and cooling within minutes . Checked unit over and on to the next job . Polite ,courtious , and able to answer any and all questions !
