Donovan in Columbia was awesome. He was extremely helpful, smart, and knew exactly what to do and was extremely quick and everything is working perfect.
Donovan and Dickey were excellent representatives of the company. They were prompt and explained the problems with the unit. Gave me my options and did not pressure me to replace the unit today. Thank you very much. Inger

Dylan and Donny came today for a service on our HVAC unit. They were super helpful and explained all of our options. They were not pushy on sales and ultimately we chose to go with a service plan that worked for us.
I have been a customer of Midland Air Service Experts for several years, mainly due to their maintenance program. During this time, I have had minimal issues with their service, apart from a bad relay. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. On July 3rd, my AC unit stopped working on what happened to be the hottest day of the year. Despite the inconvenience, I was grateful that Midland Air Service Experts managed to send a technician out late in the day. The technician diagnosed a bad compressor and informed me that I had the option to either replace it or upgrade the entire system. He assured me that I would receive an estimate for the repairs or replacement by the late hours of July 3rd or early morning of July 5th. Additionally, he mentioned that a salesperson would contact me to discuss different upgrade options. Unfortunately, it is now July 7th, and I have not received any communication from Midland Air Service Experts regarding the repair or replacement of my AC system. I have not received any emails or phone calls. Moreover, I had a quarterly service visit scheduled for July 7th, but the technician who came to my house was unaware that my system was already down. It appears that the necessary information did not reach him, which is incredibly frustrating. Considering the lack of communication and the overall poor experience I have had; I am left with no choice but to cancel my maintenance contract and discontinue doing business with Midland Air Service Experts. I find it hard to believe that this level of incompetence is an isolated incident, and I cannot continue to rely on a company that fails to meet its obligations to its customers. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Midland Air Service Experts, as there is clearly a need for improvement in their communication and customer service.
Brandon Brooks and Jared were AWESOME!! They advised me of all my options. Found the issue with the unit in less than 10mins. Corrected it and now i will ensure to have the unit maintained for the $15 a month. Thanks fellas!!!
Donovan called 30 minutes before arriving. He showed up right on time was courteous and professional. The problem was repaired within minutes. At this time of year with my Mother and Daughter in the home, this is a very serious concern. This young man represents exactly what a homeowner wants to see and experience in this situation. Thank you!

Donovan, dickie and Little Tyler, they came out this morning to service my A/C and hot water tank. They were awesome. They are so knowledgeable, patient and honest. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Update: donovan dickie and nick all came and did a great job on the maintence Donovan came and dropped the filter we needed and bobby brown came out and did a great job on servicing my unit! Zach and Steve were great!!! Good job guys…
Lee T. Was the technician that fixed my AC, he was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me tips on how to maintain the unit. Excellent service!
John and Terrence were very courteous and professional when they serviced our home. They placed booties over their shoes when they came in. They walked us through their service and the issues they encountered. There is nothing negative to say about this company or these technicians

Chant and George provided excellent service they were able to fix the problem we were having with our thermostat. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly.
James was wonderful! Highly recommend. He explained everything in detail so that it was easy for a novice like myself to understand. Highly recommend their services and ask for James if you can! He handled our plumbing issues with utmost care and went above and beyond. Mitchell and Tyler came out and saved us from the daunting summer heat! Our AC went out and they came and replaced out downstairs unit for us. They were super efficient and very kind. They explained everything to us and got our new unit installed and working in less than 4 hours. Highly recommend
First time using this company but everything went smoothly. Lee was my technician and he was very professional and polite. I signed up for their maintenance plan and will do an updated review in a year or two.
