Wonderful people, great service!
Woke up to a freezing house of 61 degrees. Called our Cool Flow guy Marvin and he was here within 30 minutes. Our 12 year-old heat pump had a severe leak and we were due for a new unit. He called back with a quote, had the new unit at our home by 11am and completely installed by 1:30. Toasty warm house! We have been with Cool Flow Heating and Air in Lexington since the early 80's and have enjoyed nothing but excellent service from this fine, family owned business. Thank you, Cool Flow!! Honest, superior service and will come quickly to correct your issues. Highly recommend this business!
Great service & great company. Trust them to do good work, even when other company's don't know how. I would highly recommend. They have done maintenance, repair and complete system installation for me.
Called them for an inspection of my system. They came out quickly and we're we're very efficient. They were courteous and respectful of my house. When he did find an issue he showed it to me and explained it thoroughly to me. A very positive experience.
Ridiculously rude, over-priced, and they give falsified information in quotes in order to make their pockets fatter at your expense. While trying to close our home, Marvin, the owner, refused to come out and verify what his technician found, even after I told him that I had 2 other technicians find NOTHING wrong. He replied "Are you going to pay me to do that" and "I trust my technicians," with a major chip on his shoulder. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, unless you have money to throw away. The only thing this company has going for it is the sweet and professional wife that answers the phone. *Side note, this was a complex Duel Fuel System; however, if you don't know what you are doing and you cannot refer to the system manual (as the other technicians did) then just say that you don't know! ZERO STARS!!!!
The owner of this company, Marvin was extremely rude to my wife when she called to ask a few follow up questions on a quote that they had prepared for us. Apparently in their world customer service does not exist. I will not be using Cool Flow Heating & Air Inc in the future and will not be recommending them as well. He proceeded to rant about how they doesn't like dealing with realestate and how he should just drop it all together. All of this from a simple question over the phone.....Really? If I could give negative stars I would. There are to many CUSTOMER friendly operations out there to have to deal with companys that behave in this manner.
