Good customer service is rare these days. But I must say Nathan and Forrest displayed outstanding customer service. I am really impressed. They were punctual, professional in dress and grooming, courteous and thorough. They took the time to answer questions and explain what is involved in duct cleaning and its importance. Truly two outstanding employees.
This isn’t a knock at the politeness or responsiveness, it’s a knock at what they charge. $150 just to show up for a toilet issue. And nearly $250 more for them to unclog what I was unable too. Didn’t even remove the toilet. I could have bought 2 new toilets for that price and installed them myself.
This team went over and above to provide not only good customer service but a quality job as well. They communicated each step they were doing and why. Jake also made sure everything was cleaned up and our charger was working properly before he left! 5 star service call!
I called when I saw a problem first thing in the morning and they fit me in the same day! I can not say enough about this company. They basically can take care of all your heating, air and plumbing. They are on time and always professional! I will be a long time customer. They have my full trust.
HVAC service at my home. Easily and quickly scheduled and technician was on time. Quon is personable, professional and communicated precisely what he was going to do, needed to do and why. I selected Carolina Conditions because of previous work done for me. They are my "go to" company!
Had the pleasure of meeting Shawn this afternoon after our A/C stopped working last night. He was phenomenal—courteous, patient, professional, efficient, answered all of our questions, and took extra care to clearly explain his diagnosis of the problem and outline our options in layman’s terms. So grateful that Carolina Conditions was able to squeeze us in today!

I have just used Carolina Conditions for replacing new Heating and Air units, installed new Ring floodlights and had a minor leak under a kitchen sink repaired. Excellent servicing from Brandon, Jacob and other members of the team that worked at my house.
Very professional team members with Jaxon and cj whom installed by ceiling fan at a height of 20ft ...they both should be commended ...will definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others..btw I already have them returning for another project...
We just had an electric line run for our new EV. First, their main guy Tim came out to look at the job and give us an estimate. He was there promptly and was very professional -- answered all our questions. Within a couple of days, Mike & Troy came out and installed the line (which included a 40-foot run to our carport + trenching. They did a GREAT job and we're really happy with the service. Thanks, you guys!
Jake was the consummate professional. He was friendly, I interested in me being satisfied. He was responsive and ensured the placement of the fixtures and remotes were where I wanted them. A great asset to your team!

We used all of Carolina Conditions. They were all great. Jaxon and CJ were our electricians. Words can not describe how awesome those guys were. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and all around the best technicians we have ever had. Bryan and Jay installed our water heater and brought everything up to code. Ceasar and Andy installed our new HVAC unit and thermostat and made the necessary upgrades that were needed for those units. John came to inspect the thermostat and vents and showed us how to use the thermostat. He checked the vents for proper circulation. He showed us where the filters are located in the unit and how to change them. The all deserve a raise. Excellent work guys! We truly thank you.
Really impressed with Mike, Troy, and Patrick. They completed the entire project the first time, and they got the job done right. They were on time, communicated professionally, and did high quality work. I also appreciate Mike flexing his approach to match my own needs and style as I was working a full day from home on video all day. He led the team through a very successful day, and fulfilled all of my project requirements - in one trip without the need for follow ups. Very excited I’ve found my new go-to electrical company.
Orlando and Nathan did an excellent a job.. They were both professional,& efficient. Explained the steps they were taking & why. Best of all they wore booties and cleaned up afterwards. A very, very, very long list of electrical projects was completed in 2 days. CJ and Colin were terrific — actually, better than terrific. CJ explained every step of the way and did a thorough walk-thru at the end of the work. Work included installing an induction cooktop, switching out halogen to LED lighting in two rooms (one of which has a vaulted ceiling), replacing three light/fans, adding a light to a powder room, moving a light fixture from one bathroom to another, installing a sconce in a stairway, putting in switches to replace chain-pull lights, fixing an outdoor lighting fixture, replacing an outlet box on our dock….and maybe a couple of other things! Really, these guys were unbelievably good. We would have them back any time we needed work. In fact, CJ reviewed the type of services they can provide before he left and we were happy to learn they can do gas line work as well — another project that we’ll call Carolina Conditions to complete. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Fixed a plumbing issue in our bathroom. Friendly & professional service! Brayan was great at explaining the problem as well as ways to troubleshoot in the future. Definitely will continue to use Carolina Conditions for my plumbing needs in the future.
The work he performed was electrical, he retested and replaced a breaker for the dishwasher, disposal and a over head light. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his task. Very happy !!
