Our bi-annual maintenance cleaning was today. Our technician Jamie N. was very professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job servicing our unit. Have been pleased with the service and professionalism from Brian's Heating & Cooling for the past 16 years. We highly recommend!

We were very happy with the prompt and professional service call with James and Jimmy. Our unit is quite old (23 years) but they carefully listened to our problem, quickly assesed the situation and had us up and running in no time. The service call was reasonably priced too!

After coming highly recommended by a friend and reading there great reviews I gave them a call. Im so glad I did. From Katie and Josh at the office, to Lewis who did my consultation and my quality inspection, to Russell and Jody who did the install, thank you Brian's Heating and Cooling so much for bringing my family heat. Mr Lewis was thorough on his inspection and was very honest and straight forward with me, the guys came out yesterday and got the job done! They were on time and cleaned up great, Can’t ever tell they were here besides the brand new unit!
I have an only lived in Lexington for one month I looked at this business and they have met all my expectations and having the option for PM maintenance schedule is very reasonable.
Russell and Jody were wonderful, working diligently, explaining everything, cleaning up all debris. The gentleman who brought the window units and hauled away the trash was great as well. Everyone deserves 5 stars!
Had to replace our HVAC system and Brian’s was thorough, on time and gave great service. The installers did an awesome job and Lewis came back and did a follow-up inspection to ensure we were satisfied and to go over any questions. Highly recommended!

Lewis and his install team exceeded my families expectations. I had interviewed several hvac companies. Lewis listened to our needs, and gave me estimate for high seer and 15,000 btu unit. The install team worked efficiently and very pleasant. You can barely notice line out from our sunroom. Highly recommend Brian's Heating & Cooling.

Bad experience - at least they came out that was $99 then we were hit with a charge of $215 for a $25 part that took him 10 minutes tops to put on. Took me days to get a return call and I had to get it by texting a number I found. This guy was nice but he was given some nonsense about why the $215 charge - "oh that's for the technician coming out" well what was the $99! Then there was the overhead, paying employees, running the shop. I understand that but think it was a bit much.
Brian's Heating and Cooling came out on Monday to give us our quote and installed the new system on Friday. Met Brian himself, along with the installers, tech person, and office staff were all professional in every question we had before, during, and afterwards the job was complete. Best price and service. Highly recommend......
Carl Johnson, my technician, was very professional and even explained to me what the issue was causing the hvac unit to be inoperative. You don't get that with all companies but, you should. This was my first time using this company for my home's A/C woes and it surely will not be the last after a good experience like I just had. I would recommend Brian's Heating & Cooling to anyone! Now I see why they have an average of 4.9 stars with over 500 reviews!!!!
Brian's Heating and Air Replaced our entire Heat and Air Conditioning system for a rental property we have. They were fantastic, on time, quick written quotes and gave us alternative manufacturers we could use. We chose Goodman and saved over $1,000 for our choice. The tenant said his air has never worked so well and he is seeing improvement in his electric bills already. I would not hesitate to call these folks again. The communication was fantastic every step of the way. On the day the men came they put in a long day to complete, which we really appreciated as well. They let it run for a few before we had to pay and then they sent out an inspector to make sure everything looked ok. So refreshing to find a company like this in 2022! Tks Guys!!
Technician (real nice guy) arrived early, was very knowledgeable, and had our AC recharged within 10 minutes. It cost about half of what I was expecting.. so we are very pleased and will definitely call Brian's in the future for any of our heating/air needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Update: last summer, we replaced our entire unit due to bad coils. When Brian's quoted me the repair or replacement, I called around and checked with other HVAC companies to compare prices. Brian's prices were lower than all the rest. They walked us through the process and their team arrived before 8am the next morning and we had cool air running within a few hours. Unit has ran great over the last year. Will remain Brian's customers!!

Service is always on time and done quickly and efficiently. Everyone is polite and courteous from the person in the office answering the telephone to the service professionals who come to my house and do the work. We have been very satisfied with Brian’s for years and highly recommend them.
Carroll and Carl serviced my HVAC and were very friendly and professional. They were on time and I was serviced just a couple days after my initial call. Carroll is very knowledgeable and even suggested ways to save on energy costs. The prices seem reasonable but it would be nice to get a discount for servicing multiple units. Be sure to ask about the service contract. I will also use Brian’s for maintenance on my tankless water heater. Recommended.
