I recommend them 100% they were very professional and did a very good job.
Mr. Loc did a wonderful job. He was very compassionate towards my situation with the air. The first time he came out he went above and beyond to get my air fix. It was 88 degrees in my house. The second time he did the same thing. My family and I appreciate his services. This company is a great company. I will refer to anyone. They have caring people working for them. Thank you Mr. Loc for being more considerate then the Landlord. Your time and effort is definitely appreciated.

The service guy who came out to our home from this company was only there for 5 minutes. He flipped a switch and the unit came back on and he left. So we paid him to do nothing. The next day our unit stopped working. So we paid someone and he was here over an hour and diagnosed the problem and actually fixed it. Would not recommend this company!
Mr. Phan has installed and serviced units at my home and office for many years now. He is quick, honest, and very reasonably priced. I recommend him to others regularly.

Air & Heat Provider has provided the most prompt and efficient service of any company we have used over the years. Mr. Loc is probably the most proficient and courteous technician in Columbia and he gets it fixed the first time, every time. I highly recommend him and believe you will be impressed.

Loc has done our HVAC work for the past 4 years. He even repaired a 20 year old unit at our rental property allowing it to last another 2 years until we had him put a new unit in. He is honest and hasn’t over sold us. When we remodeled our house he walked us through the different options on heating and cooling it and informed us on the best most cost effective way. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of work, the attention to detail as well as the quickness to which they respond.
Mr. Loc’s honesty is second to none. He will personally find out the most affordable/practical options and let you make the choice. And of course he always goes the extra mile(s) to make sure the service is completed and warranted professionally as promised. Highly recommended!!!
I have used Air & Heat Provider (AHP) and Mr. Loc Phan for close to 15 years. Recently, AHP and Mr. Loc Phan replaced my whole AC unit. As always, my experience with AHP, especially with Mr. Loc Phan was great. Mr Loc Phan does not do much of the physical labor anymore, but he was there the whole time during the hook up of the new unit. He personally checked all of the electrical connections as well as the weld joints. A lady at AHP called me to follow up after the installation a few days later and a few weeks later to make sure the new unit was working well and whether I had any issue. Since I got a more efficient unit than the average new unit, AHP offered to help me to apply for credit with SCG&E. I told her we are with Mid Carolina Electric Coop, but I did appreciate them looking out for me. I would definitely use AHP and Mr. Loc Phan again, and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
I took several quotes from the local heating and air company’s. Air and Heat Provider stood out among the rest the product was superior to others the quote and customer service through my estimate was impressive when we agreed to work with them to replace our unit. They were professional, punctual and finished the job timely. They are highly recommended.
I have been using Air & Heat Provider for some time now (more than 12 years) I have always been pleased, no, more than pleased, with the service provided. (I love it when they come when they say they are going to come.) When they arrive, it's all business and the job is done well. but It goes beyond that. I have a good feeling about Air and Heat, I trust them. I feel comfortable with what he tells me is wrong and needs fixed - I feel confident with what he comes up with for the solution. I trust him to work in my house on his own. I really like this guy. Here's a sample: I came home a day after my downstairs unit was replaced for a lightning strike. this is the day after it was completed and paid for. (best of three estimates) I noticed a box in my trash can that I didn't put in there - a pump of some sort. - Turns out, the following day, Loc returned and installed a pump because he didn't like the way it was draining he said. - "how much do I owe you? " - nothing - " I just needed a pump for him to be satisfied with the job" - I have more examples, but this is getting long. Few and far between. This is a good one.
Thank you so much. The service tech that came out was very professional, friendly and the price they quoted me was fair. This company came out 30 minutes after I called them. I am very happy because I have very small children and the temp today was 39 and tonight is suppose to drop down in the teens. Thank you we have heat
