We used Lutes Property Services to repair several areas in our home including drywall, painting, screen porch repair, etc. Jeremy was professional, efficient and did great work. We love LPS! They take care of all of our normal monthly office maintenance items such as changing air filters, HVAC maintenance, light bulbs, emergency/exit lights, etc. On top of normal maintenance items they also have done major projects around the office/property -- we had a sidewalk extended, gate added, gutter repaired, dumpster enclosure painted and gate repaired, parking lot resurfaced and lines repainted, they've done some plumbing and electrical work while we were having new office equipment installed-- really they can do it all and they do it all well! They're a great team to work with and always make sure that we're taken care of!
