Complete HVAC provides service to my home and my office. I had a problem with my system Sunday night and Brian came out within the hour to get it up and running. This company actually cares about customers and I would highly recommend.
Complete HVAC came recommended to me by a neighbor. Randy handled a second opinion diagnostic call very professionally. He was on-time, a great listener, very polite and respectful to my mother the homeowner. Most importantly, he was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining his findings and solution options. Best of all the quoted pricing was significantly less than our original quote.
We’ve had a contract with this company for the past two years which includes a maintenance inspection of our HVAC unit every six months. The office manager, Sarah, is always pleasant and helpful. The technician who serviced our unit today, Randy, was exceptional with a wide knowledge base and broad experience. I would trust Randy for all of our HVAC issues. He is honest, forthright and pleasant to work with.
What I like about Bob and his team is he is always willing to do as much or little as you need -or can afford to do at that moment. He will also teach you real excellence in HVAC through the years on huge commercial and industrial repairs and maintenance. Thanks for the recent help Complete team!
An exemplary, top notch business whose attention to detail, customer service and reliability is unmatched. When other HVAC businesses could not come on the day my system failed, Complete HVAC came on the same day to handle the emergency. Could not be more thankful or pleased. Unfortunately I needed service on a weekend when my AC unit went down. Bob responded with a quickness which I greatly appreciated, was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to show me a few tricks to keep my unit running efficiently. Got a new 3 ton unit from them. Very responsive. Had to get my duct work redone as well, and they were very transparent about what needed to be done and price which I appreciated. They gave me options for the unit and different prices/what to expect electricity bill wise. My second unit just went out, so looks like I will be hiring them again! Update: it’s been 2 years since installation. The unit has been FLAWLESS, until today. Our AC went out, but I called and left a message with the office. The SAME person who I worked with before called me back from his cell. They were slammed today and he was able to work us in within 3 hours of calling (mind you I called during what would be a lunch time and left a message). The SAME guy came out and serviced the unit. A capacitor had gone bad, and they had someone run a new part out. (It didn’t help that we as owners sucked and let the thing totally get covered in weeds since our baby was born this summer...and I mean elephant ears and vines. We sucked) I am SO thankful I chose this company. My 10 week old baby was so overheated this morning (AC went out at night) that she couldn’t eat without vomiting. She got heat rash. Their quick response now has my baby fed to the appropriate amount and already down for the night! Thank you thank you thank you. Says a lot to have the same crew at an HVAC company respond 2 years later.
We have had a very positive experience with Complete HVAC. They recently installed a new HVAC system in our 1850’s two story home along with new ductwork in our attic and crawl space. The planning stage, demolition, installation, and follow up have been outstanding. Chris considered several options to correct air flow issues. In the past upstairs was always hot in summer and downstairs was very cold in winter. It was decided to use a baffle system and two thermostats, one upstairs and one down. So far the new system has been holding a constant temperature on both floors. It’s a huge improvement! Bob even made a special trip to clear a clogged condensation line. Throughout the entire process everyone from Complete HVAC has been very professional, considerate, and willing to explain the work that was needed. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and are so glad we selected Complete HVAC to do the work.
I was very pleased from the consulting phase with Chris to the installation with Keith and his crew. Chris worked up my quote and had it to me the next day. Installation day Keith and his crew showed up on time and worked hard to get my unit installed and operating faultlessly same day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair replace or upgrade your unit
Would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC repair needs. They are extremely professional, do quality work, and stand behind their work. Keith is a great guy and VERY knowledgeable.
We called Bob about our AC going down this morning (Saturday) and he came all the way to W. Ashley from a job in Wild Dunes to get it back up and running the same day. Don’t call anyone else if you need HVAC service, because Bob Pink is the best!
Bob Pink and Complete HVAC came to our rescue today (on a Saturday) when the inside temperature was up to 84F and the AC wouldn't run. My 86 year old mother-in-law was getting uncomfortable. Bob responded promptly, kept us informed of his progress and was able to get our old unit running without significant expense. Thanks a million for your professionalism, your skill and your kindness.
Called them when my fan went out. They were able to find the problem that day and fix in the next day. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

Complete HVAC was great. I called in the evening because my heat was out and they came the next day. Chris was honest and did an amazing job. The next day it was in the 30's and with a small baby, we wouldn't have made it without heat. Thank you for keeping us warm, you've earned a customer for life.
You cannot beat Complete HVAC. You have to be able to trust people and you can trust this company. We ended up calling them after our air handler caught on fire and we had tried 2 other companies and just felt like they were trying to push a new unit on us to make a buck. Chris was super honest, advised a new unit is more than likely needed(we will eventually do this and use Complete HVAC) but also provided alternative options for us for the time being. Always on time. Always honest. Always responsive. I don't think I have ever written a google review for an HVAC company because I can't say I've felt like I have ever had that great of ane experience, but this company deserves 5 stars!! A rare gem in the industry. Thanks Complete HVAC and Chris!
I was given their business by my insurance company to do HVAC work in my home. The tech Chris was very nice and wrote up my information to get the work completed. After calling the office, just got off the phone with Sara who works in their office and she told me, “I have your paperwork in front of me but I’m busy right now so I’ll get to it when I can!” That was very unprofessional and she did help me any further.
Service was ok, didn't finish the job and left my unit disassembled
In December 2018 we had Complete HVAC of Ladson, SC replace upstairs (one of 2) Heat Pumps/Air Handlers. This was a big purchase - and we researched many HVAC companies in the area - and we decided to go with Complete HVAC based on what we've heard from others who have used them and the prices we were quoted. Feeling comfortable and confident with the company made all the difference. If you're in the market for service or replacing your current system - we couldn't recommend Complete HVAC more. Bob Pink and his team were beyond helpful and attentive. Bob personally helped us choose the replacement unit - give recommendations and personally oversaw the installation. We couldn't be happier with the service that was provided and customer attention they gave. After a regular maintenance service by them - it was determined that our second (downstairs) unit needed to be replaced (it's July 2019) - we didn't hesitate to have Complete HVAC and Bob's team do the replacement. Call them - they won't steer you wrong!!!
