Don't plan on getting through to them on the phone. You are wasting your time. Just drive there and go in person. They are short staffed and you can't get in touch with anyone on the phone. They are seriously losing money and customers. When I call for a part, and the line is busy, I have no choice but to go through another supply house. Corporate you need to fix this problem before you lose all of your customers!!!
