Brantley Stroud the technician from Cassell Brothers HVAC came to the house on the same day we called. When he arrived, he asked what was the unit doing and I explained the situation. He Immediately went to the compressor and he could hear the compressor not fully engaging. He went to the van retrieved his tools and checked the capacitor and it was dead. He checked the warranty and replaced the capacitor under warranty. Brantley is a great respectful technician and is a very professional employee of Cassell Brothers. Charles Lewis
My son found them while we were out of town. They met him at our house and handled everything over the phone with us. They had our air up and running in about an hour and a half. We signed up for the PM plan along with the repair. They didn’t try to sell us a new unit but fixed our 8 year old unit instead.
Julio provided wonderful customer service, was timely, respectful of my property, displayed true care and concern in repairing the AC during an emergency situation. Julio's professionalism and attention to detail is a great asset to Cassell Brothers.
I am very pleased with the service Josh Maturo provided today. He was prompt, polite, professional, and resolved my issue. I can’t say enough good things about Cassell Brothers. I use them exclusively for my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
Our downstairs unit stopped working out of nowhere. I replaced the thermostat since it went black and i troubleshooted everything I knew. I called and got a same day appointment. Daniel was very professional and thorough with his inspection and was able to get the unit back up and running. He added coolant and ran other diagnostic tests to make sure there were no further issues or issues that may occur in the near future. I highly recommend Cassell Brothers and Daniel as a technician!
The technician, Alwin, performed a thorough HVAC service. He showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Great experience and would recommend to anyone!
I called Cassell Brothers late yesterday afternoon, when my AC stopped working. They had a technician (Brodrick) at my house this afternoon. He was professional, efficient & very well mannered. Fortunately for me, he already had the part on his truck that he needed to fix my AC unit, so I had cool air circulating less than an hour after he arrived. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have my AC unit repaired on the 17 years that I’ve had it. Each time I called Cassell Brothers & every time I have been very pleased with the service. It’s a company that I highly recommend to people all the time.
Our AC stopped working 4th of July weekend and the interior got up to 90. They were so quick to respond on a holiday weekend and were great! Drew was very professional and helpful, he was able to solve the problem very quickly and explain it well. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to our friends!
I had a very good experience with Castle Brothers contractor, Tyler today. Tyler Smith came out as my service technician. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Tyler made sure to keep me updated on my service through text message and calls because I did not get a service time window so as a result I was not home when he arrived. When I arrived, Tyler had already informed me that my system needed a new filter and he had to go back to the main office to grab a new filter for me to install. Tyler was very knowledgeable, very transparent, and very helpful in my decision making for my unit. I will be using cassell brothers again soon.
Had Cassell Bros conduct a backflow test. Josh was very efficient and professional. I will definitely use them again.
Josh made quick work of our backflow prevention device test for the city. He was on time, efficient with his work, and explained everything thoroughly.
It was really funny that my friend that was over here. And myself had just made a comment that we were going to write letters to Cassle and Casslr. And tell them how wonderful Daniel was tonight. He was. Knowledgeable, friendly, very professional, and articulate. Even though it was almost 11 o'clock at night. Before he was able to leave here, he did not seem rushed. He didn't make me feel rushed. And will certainly be asking for him. Next time I have a service call. And we still plan to write a letter anyway. It’s a federal holiday where most people are home with family. Kevin was a great help and thankfully here to help get our A/C back on track. We are new to the Cassell Bros family and we are already pleased with them.
Tyler came out on a holiday and fixed our unit quickly. He was very professional and broke down prices so that we could chose exactly what we needed for our home. Thank you!
Xavier was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure everything was running properly and explained exactly what he was doing.
Stephen was so helpful! He explained everything well and answered all of our questions. He gave quality information and wasn’t trying to push us to do anything. He not only did his job but also had great conversation and gave us great recommendations of things to do around SC. He went above and beyond and overall this was a great experience!
My technician, Xavier Jackson, was amazing. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. Even late in the evening, he maintained his professionalism and good-humor attitude. He was thorough and got my A/C back up and running for what proved to be a very hot weekend. Mr. Jackson is an asset to your company and represented you with the highest of integrity. KEVIN SALINAS came to our house to fix our ac issue AND let us know 30 minutes ahead of time when he would be coming by. Kevin was extremely professional AND friendly and got the issue fixed in a timely manner. Hands down the best experience we have had with Cassel Brothers by FAR!!!! THANK YOU Kevin Salinas!!
Very happy with how quickly this company was able to get a tech out to look at our hvac. I called at 7pm and they were here by 10am. Drew was fantastic, explained everything and completed tasks required. He was also very nice and cooperative with my young son. Appreciate everything Drew did
