Best service and honest technicians who are meticulous about their work.
Great friendly promt service
We first used them to right all the wrongs of an installation of a condenser unit for our walk-in cooler. We are forever grateful that they agreed to pickup work leftover by someone else and saved our whole cooler worth of merchandise. We have used them many more times since. Just be to frank, yes, some of the technicians were not as knowledgeable as their top techs, but it's been tough in these last few years everywhere. Marie and Terry were super honest and reliable and they quickly sent their best techs or Terry himself actually came to correct any problem until everything was all resolved. It's really rare to see a competent AND honest HVAC company these days and Gaston Heating & Cooling is THE rare gem in town.

The technician that came out was very professional I knew what the problem was I showed him the problem he had to replace my quick disconnect box and they were very fair with their price and very prompt at fixing it I will be using them again
Love this company. Been using them for years, 3 air conditioning systems in 3 locations plus a commercial cooler/frideration system. They always respond the same day or no longer then the next day (our experience anyway). Reasonable prices also plus they're good people.
