Steven came out and serviced our home today, he was very professional, kind and offered multiple options for our budget when it came to our unit. Overall super happy with his solutions and service!
I do not usually rate companies but these guys did such a wonderful job. They were so friendly and professional. Not to mention very clean. They work together so well and efficiently to put the system in and have it up and running the same day. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter
AMAZING! I am a certified Facilities Management and have been in the business for nearly 40 years, so I know the business. Kevin and his team are totally an incredibly experienced HONEST company. We use them in our restaurant business, in our consulting firm, and for our home. I have dealt with so many but never with any company as Honest, Fair, Responsive, and Truly PROFESSIONAL as Kevin and his team.

I have been working with Airmaster for over 20 years. They are the best. Alway friendly and always on time. I would not trust anyone else. they are very fair in pricing and always available to answer any questions. I use them in my Real Estate Business and for my home. All of the employees are very professional and friendly! They are the best!

Air Master's is definitely the best!! They were able to come out to my home 2 days before the 4th of July!! All other businesses were booked a week out. Steven was amazing and diagnosed my AC issue within 5 minutes...no exaggeration! He had my unit up and running in 20 minutes. I was still able to go out of town in time for my 40th birthday! Thanks again!!
My AC stopped cooling abruptly. My house was 86 degrees, too hot for my animals and I. I called Air Master, they were fast to respond. The tech, Austin was very professional, and efficient. He found the problem quickly and had my AC running in minutes. I will definitely call them for my AC needs in the future. But I am chilling 😎 for now. THANKS AIR MASTER!!!
Kevin and team are the best I have ever worked with. I've been in the construction business for over 20 years, and cannot think of a better company to work with than Air Masters! Had them do a complete, custom installation on a new residence. Install time was faster than I expected and pricing was the best in the area. Extremely satisfied with their quality, and the character of their technicians. They even performed all the required leakage testing. Highly recommend Air Master Heating & Air for new construction installations!

Our heat started giving us problems about a month ago. We had another company come out ~4 times before our warranty company recommended Air Master Heating & Air. Austin came out and diagnosed the issue and was very professional! The secretary (forgot name) was very sweet and responsive! The company left us warm & happy! Thank you!
The technician Austin very professional and knowledgeable in his field found every problem and informed me about the problems as well as fixed the problems didn't have to leave well supplied I will be using g and telling my neighbors about this company thanks Austin
Air master was dispatched through our home warranty plan. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and very nice. They even came all the way to Elgin. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
