Never called me back after I left a voicemail about needing help with my heating system.
John was very knowledgeable about the HVAC . He sold a new system andth everything went smoothly. I recommend him to anyone.
John has done great work for me in the past. It's time for an efficiency check, furnace cleaning, oil filter change, power vent lubrication, and blower motor speed calibration.
I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The first time I called for service, I was told that I would be called back in half an hour. Call never came. The second time I called I felt like I was bothering him. If he could not accommodate me, why didn't he just say so? I would have preferred hearing that---how about the truth. Shop local---Right.
John is great, I really appreciate his honestly, I thought I had a bad compressor that needed to be replaced. John did his investigation and realized that I just needed to refill the refrigerant. I had the new compressor ready from the manufacture ready to be replaced. John was professional, honest and fixed what the true problem was. He could've replaced the conpressor and charge me for at least 3 hours of work but he doesn't work like that. Thank you John

We had a leaking AC unit, causing water to drip into our living room. John was great - he came over as soon as he could. He quickly addressed the issue and gave some great advice for us moving forward with our older AC unit.
I've never dealt with John directly because my husband takes care of that. All I know is the price is reasonable and the job is always done right. I have recommended him to a few friends.
