The owner was crying about 130 dollars called it an outstanding balance but did not seem to care that three small children had no heat since Christmas Eve and I'm the lunatic
Had a routine cleaning that was poorly done, there was still dust and dirt on the panels that he said he removed and cleaned under. Said that he had to do more then usual to clean and said he replaced parts with out my constant and charged me more for that service. Very poor service and customer service was even worse. Will never use them again.

Had cleaning/ maintenance repair done. Am so pleased, my ACs have never worked better! Loved the service tech Tommy! ACs were working poorly. Very happy with service... Dnergy One is my go to now!
Edit: Nice guys and quick service. It would be nice to know how much the work will cost before it’s completed. Last time, I was told everything was all set and the leak was good. The serviceman didn’t stay that long to make sure. Well, it still leaks.

I wasn't able to use them for what I needed, but they called me right back. During the call they gave me some suggestions and ideas. If they are going to take the time with someone they aren't working for I can only imagine they must really take care of their customers. Much appreciated.
We have been using Energy One to do our Boiler Maintenance for a bit. We recently decided to have a New Hot Water Tank put in. Right from the start I was happy. Matt the salesman came out and was friendly and provided me with many options. I have to say Rick and Roy who came out to do the install was very Professional. Both took time to discuss what their plans was and asked number of times if I had any questions. They ensure all was fully to my satisfaction after the install and clean up everything. The install itself is very clean and well done. If you need work or maintenance this is the place.
Energy-One techs are polite, professional and punctual. Justin arrived with a mask which we appreciate as we are over 70. We trust Energy One. They’re the best.

They were honest, on time, professional, and personable. They are everything you expect in a company when you hire them to come into your home to do a project.
After six other companies refused to do the work because it was deemed too difficult, Energy One took on the task of replacing the old, failed HVAC system in my condo. It was going to be a multi-day job that required a new line set through my condo building. From the beginning, I knew I was not just settling for the only company that was willing to take it on. Matt, the sales advisor, spent an hour and a half researching how the job could be done: in the ceiling, up and down the stairs, all around the building. He later came back with Tom, the project manager, who also reviewed the plan for any possible roadblocks. I was quoted a high efficiency heating and air conditioning system that was equal to other company's quotes for a standard system. When it was time to start, the technicians, Matt and Pat, were on time, professional, courteous, and meticulously clean. This was not an easy job, and they knew it. Yet I never heard either of them raise their voice or show signs of frustration. They just did the work, and did it well. Lastly, Karen, the administrative assistant who was the go-between for everyone involved, was friendly, professional, and responded promptly to any questions I had. As far as I'm concerned, there is no place else to look for work of this kind. I couldn't be happier.
We got three estimates and their's was by far the best. Installers were on time, professional and courteous. Put tarps down to prevent any mess and cleaned up when they were finished. Made sure unit was working perfectly before they left. I am a cynic but I have to say they were 100%. JR
Energy One is now in my reliable numbers book. I was very impressed with everyone we dealt with. They didn't hesitate to answer questions. They responded when called and were very fair in all their dealings with us. They called with a reminder the day before they came. The tech they sent out was pleasant and went above and beyond to please. He showed up on time and worked hard the whole time he was at our home. It's hard to find a business today that cares about being their for their costumers. Thank you Energy One for reminding me that their are good dependable businesses out there.
I contacted Energy-One for a quote on a MiniSplit AC unit for my home. Energy-One called me back immediately, setup a date for consultation and promptly provided me an estimate in writing (unlike several other companies I contacted). The price was very competitive and install was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The communication and follow up by the Sales associate, Matt, and Karen in the office was great! My install was delayed just a day due to weather but I was kept informed ahead of time which is very important to me. Tom and Kevin came to install and were prompt, very professional and courteous. The job was completed in the agreed upon time and every thing was neat as a pin when they were done. They took the time to give me some instruction on using the unit as this was my first time using a mini-split. Bonus points to the guys for taking a couple of minutes to play with my dogs which made them (the dogs) very happy! I will absolutely use Energy-One in the future for all my heating/cooling needs.
I was very happy with my entire experience with Energy One from start to finish. From the estimate to the installation EVERYONE showed up on the day they were scheduled and on time. (I'm having a lot of work done on my house and I can't get ANY contractors to show up when they say they are going to.) They were all very nice and professional and did a great job with the installation and explanation of the operation of the equipment. They left my home spotless when they finished. I'm very happy and impressed with everything. I have already recommended them to several friends and coworkers!
I’ve used Energy One for both my gas heating system and central/ductless ac. From quote to finish, they were great. Very responsive on questions and professional and courteous on site. Highly recommend!
