This company installed mini splits for us. At every step of the process, they kept us informed, answered all of our questions and made us so comfortable. It can be somewhat intimidating having a hole cut into your wall, but they made it seem easy. We highly recommend this wonderful professional company.

Both reps we have had out were very friendly, technically solid, and exhibited high levels of troubleshooting prowess. I had a follow up question regarding a resent repair and Atlantis was very responsive and followed up with me immediately. I can’t recommend them enough I’ve been extremely satisfied being their customer.
If you're looking for heating or cooling systems Atlantis is the company you can trust. The technician who's name is Dylan,who was already waiting for me at my house,was on time,professional and honest. Even the women who answer the phones..Toni,Billie and I know there is another woman but I am sorry i cannot remember her name,ALL 3 of them are very curtious and on top of their game. Now I have a piece of mind knowing I have a reliable company i can trust! Thanks again Atlantis!

Recently, within the past week, they installed a new heating system in my home. They were nothing but professional. Excellent customer service and the work was great too. Took time to explain things to me and were overall just great.
This is a return to the days of companies that Really care about their work and their customers. I had a heating / air unit installed and have never received such great care and workmanship. I am so greatful to this compsny.
I can't say enough about the tech Dylan who came out to fix our AC Unit. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that he did so we knew exactly what was going on. I would high recommend Atlantis Comfort Systems if you are having and ac/heating problems. My husband tried to get this company to give us quotes on replacing/upgrading one or two of our HVAC systems. The estimator came out on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hubby was told that he'd get estimates for various options in 3-5 days. Well, three weeks go by and he calls to see what's going on. He was told that either the estimator or the person on the phone would get back to him that day. One week later nothing. I don't get it and neither does he. We have two other companies coming by next week and hopefully we'll have better luck.
I am very pleased with Aaron, Shane and Mike from ACS. They were at my house for three days installing a new unit. They worked in extremely hot and humid conditions… the old system never had an air filter replaced! They worked in the attic in the heat with all that bad air and never complained! They were always professional and had a smile 😊. I work from home so I saw all their moments and they were stellar a true team and hard working! I would highly recommend them for any service!

I have been using Atlantis Comfort Systems for a number of years to maintain my heating and HVAC system, basic routine maintenance and they’ve always been on time, with courteous and knowledgeable technicians. Well, on this past Sunday, December 19, my need went from routine maintenance to emergency service, just 5 days before Christmas!!! We lost heat & hot water; I contacted the service manager, Chris Horan at 9am Monday morning and there was a technician at my home within 45 minutes- yes you read that correctly, 45 minutes! We have a high efficiency boiler, and after diagnosing the problem, the technician, Omah, informed me that the furnace had some serious issues, pointed them all out to me and gave me the bad news that it had to be replaced. Now the good news: at 8:30am there was a crew of 5 men at our home, they worked for 2 days removing the old furnace and replaced it with a beautiful (if you can call a furnace beautiful) new Lochinvar furnace and our home is warm & toasty again! Chris Horan and his crew at Atlantis Systems are simply the best!!!
Did some annual mx on our heating system. Motor needed to be replaced. Great service 👍
They responded to my email the same day, scheduled a diagnostic appointment within a few business days, and quickly fixed the problem. They were very pleasant to work with and seemed reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them!
Last week my ac failed, the compressor fan didn't run, I contacted Atlantis at around 810am, and by 930am a service tech was at my house (Chris H) and the repair was completed in the utmost professional manner, you should be proud to have such wonderful employees such as Chris and the woman who took my service call...I was so pleased at the service,pricing, courteous and professional attitude all the way around...Thanks again
Called on Monday, had an appointment on Wednesday. Aaron the technician was on time. He clearly explained repair every step. Very Professional. Price was much lower than I expected. Excellent service all around. Thank you.
