Joe's team was not only competent but were very nice with a friendly demeanor. The two man team made quick work of replacing my hot water heater. Throughout the short visit all my questions were answered completely and without any agenda but my happiness. This company is very good and you can trust them to do the job correctly. I was able to watch as I wanted, and within a few minutes I could tell I was in good hands.
I had a leaking water heater that needed immediate attention. I tried several companies to get someone out asap and had no luck. I was fortunate to have found these guys. Joe was very responsive, understood the situation, and proposed immediate solutions. They sent someone as soon as they could to address the issue. Then, just a few days later I had a new water heater installed. All the guys that were here to do the work were great and knew what they were doing. Joe was also very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this company.
Water heater was leaking, called Home Depot they referred me to FEULA Plumbing! They came out on a Friday, 11/11/22, the heater was installed on Tuesday. Prompt, courteous and very professional. Very happy with the outcome. Will definitely use FEULA Plumbing again and will let my friends and family know what a great job they did!
Cannot thank Joe and team enough for their prompt response and service. Had an issue yesterday and within 12 hours the team was here to install a new water heater. Thank you again!
Hot Water Heater install... Was referred to Feula Plumbing by Home Depo. Water heater failed and called Feula at 5pm they were able to come and install new one the next morning. Only took an hour and half. Professional and polite. Work was expensive, but good plumbing isn't cheap. Will be saving their card and calling if we need any other plumbing done! Great job. Thanks!

I was connected with Feula Plumbing through Home Depot. I spoke with Joe several times before he installed our new hot water tank. He was responsive, informative, and patient. He could provide customer service trainings for other home improvement companies!

My hot water heater had been leaking for a few weeks. I called Roto Rooter and they quoted me at $2100 for a 40-gallon gas replacement tank. My brother told me I was crazy to pay that much. I called Home Depot and they put me in touch with Joe after 8 PM on a Thursday night. Friday morning, Joe's crew was here and installed a new gas tank for nearly half of Roto Rooter's quote! Super friendly, professional, worked quickly...I can't say enough. I highly recommend them!
I can’t explain enough how happy I was with my services!!! Joe was amazing called me back right away! Answered when I called (multiple times) and answered all my questions fully!!! As a single mom he made me feel comfortable with my decision to go with them! The two men who came to my home were amazing!! My hot water heater went Friday night before Memorial Day weekend leaving me with cold water and a very wet basement. Spent most of the night and following morning talking to plumbers who couldn't get parts or people in line. Eventually, Home Depot sent me to Joe at Feula. I wish I had started there. Within an hour and half, Mike showed up. He was professional and personable. The install was seamless and he walked me through everything. The pricing was mid range but given the peace of mind, it felt like a good value. Thanks, Joe and Mike!
