We never had AC in our house since we built it. Over the years that we have lived here the climate has gotten warmer. We finally decided that this was the year to have a ductless system installed in our house. A family member had Carjon install a system in their house and recommended that we give Robert Lanni at Carjon a call and get a free estimate. I reached out to Carjon and set up an appointment to meet with Rob. He came out to our house and did a thorough walk thru, took measurements, and said he would email us back an estimate. Rob is a great guy, very friendly, laid back, and easy to talk to. He said there was no obligation or pressure to make a quick decision. He said if there were any questions or concerns to reach out to him and he would be more than happy to get back to us with an answer. After reviewing the 3 different proposals that Rob came up with, we decided which one we liked the best. Along the way, we had additional questions and requests prior to installation and Rob worked with us to satisfy them. No matter how many times I called Rob and asked more questions based on the research I did, he answered and satisfied them all. Again, he is a real professional. We had a fantastic team from Carjon do the installation in one day. We were lucky to have Rob's son, who is also named Rob, along with Hamilton and Modesto. They all have great personalities, very friendly, easy to talk with, extremely neat, and answered any questions we had during the installation process. The electricians that Carjon uses, Brian and Alessandro, were great as well. They did a very neat job running the 230 line back to the panel to power our system. We will be using Carjon to do the annual inspection of our system under contract for many years to come. We can't begin to say enough about our experience with Carjon from start to finish and we highly recommend them if you want a top quality system installed in your home.

Horrible customer service. Kept repeating myself and my answers to the operator. I just purchase the house and I don't know the answers, hence calling a professional to come figure out everything from servicing, upgrading ect. mentioned this 2x then on the 3rd when I referenced the other two times the lady got real snappy at me. AVOID!
My A/C stopped working. It was easy to schedule an appointment for a technician to come and check it. Two technicians arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem. They were able to fix it quickly.
There are many reasons tge easiest is personable and professional staff at every position. Well trained professional technicians! They replaced our AC system 3 years ago! on budget on time everything was as it should be! Just a tune up thus year but is always good to have people that are proper technicians check the gear.
Technician was on time and very helpful resolving our issue and made sure all was up and running before he left. Office stay was great setting up the appointment and all that was promised was delivered upon.

Have been using CarJon for almost 20 years for both our A/C and Heating systems maintenance and also for updating to new replacement . They are a top notch company and it is great to deal with someone you can trust in this time of poor service . Our tech Ryan B. was great also .
It was very professional, the technician extremely considerate regarding my home. It was raining that day and he was very careful not to cause a mess. He even went as far carrying his tools out the back door to avoid bringing wet tool bag upstairs. Very polite and thoughtful.
