Great service
Everything about the process of ordering and installing mini splits went smoothly. They were very helpful in determining what type of system to buy, and where to put all the units. Installers were hard working, showed up on time, and explained what they were doing. Installation was completed in less time than anticipated. I’m happy with every aspect of the project.
Stay away!! I had an estimate performed by RB Queern and the driver called when they were en route and called when they said the estimate was complete which totaled 45 minutes. I was then invoiced for 2 hours and a total of $210... for an estimate!!
The service was very thorough and neat.
Great service, they picked up the phone on Christmas Day, and came to fix my furnace within 20 minutes, I had a recurring issue and they came right away each and every time. I never was left without heat. I will only do business with them here on out. The service technician was also very informative and walked me through their whole problem solving techniques. There were friendly and very knowledgeable

I am a young new homeowner, and my fiancé and I are in the market to install Central Air (and or) Ductless Mini Units. We made an appointment for a quote from the owner. I explained we are researching our options, and he immediately said to stop getting quotes, I am only going to confuse myself with everyone's opinion (RED FLAG #1). Okay we move on, I show him the upstairs and explain what I envisioned, and would prefer central air. He doesn't install central air, just mini ductless units (RED FLAG # 2, bias to not install central air). Okay we move on, I go downstairs and show him the living room. Before I can even ask any more questions, he proceeds to tell me he will not help me because I am "overwhelming him" because I received too many quotes (he was my third quote). RED FLAG #4. I was shocked, I was VERY nice to him, and I know nothing about HVAC systems so I truly just wanted his opinions and a quote. I was able to get him to finish the quote reluctantly. RED FLAG #5 , he never sent me the quote, so he didn't want my business. If you look at the company's other 1 star reviews, they align with my experience, lacks professionalism once you mention another contractor or business, even if it is just for a quote! His daughter who was about my age work for her dad did nothing to stop her father (the owner) for the unprofessionalism. STEER CLEAR of this company. And I bet they will respond ~kindly~ to this review in order to save face.

Very poor customer service from the manager. I had some questions about a mini split unit and he was rude and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. Very frustrating to deal with when I’m looking for help to solve a problem.
Excellent service and they came same-day with no emergency charge, even though they're short staffed. Very thorough and checked everything even after they found the problem, to make sure there were no concerns. Definitely recommend
Pilot light on our furnace wouldn't work and with temperatures dropping it looked like a recipe for disaster. However a quick response and a knowledgeable repairman our concerns were short-lived. Thanks Jason.

We were very happy with the prompt and efficient service we received from R B Queern. We haven’t had any problems with our furnace so we had not called them in ten years, but we were able to get a technician the same morning we called. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed our problem immediately. He also said the office will call us about setting up having our furnaces cleaned on a regular basis. We were very satisfied. i've used rb queern for 25 years. when i bought my house the furnace didn't work right and it was 3 years old. i went thru a ton of heating co. rb queern is the only co. to use if u want to be problem free.

At the onset of the winter season and chilly nights, I found myself with no heat. My boiler pilot light was out. I tried to relight it myself, and reboot the heating system, but to no avail; the pilot would not stay lit. At 8 AM on a Friday, I called Queern, and by that same afternoon they had a technician at my home diagnosing the problem. It was a faulty thermocouple, which they promptly replaced, and then got the boiler relit and the heat turned back on. I am delighted with Queern's very prompt response, especially in the "busy heating season".

I knew there was something off about my heating ducts. One room had no heat at all and the second wasn’t getting enough heat. So, I called for an appointment and received a callback almost immediately. I was told that the time slots were full. However, the office called me in the afternoon and said a repairman would try to take a look at it after his booked jobs. Well, I was the last call of the day. Tim located were the ducts were closed off and opened them back up. Wow, what a cozy night that was. Thank you Tim and everyone else for the quick response time.
