Thumbs up! Kevin was knowledgable, patient and explained everything so I could understand it (which is no small feat). He really went above and beyond in our switch from oil heat over to mini split heat pumps to heat our home. His quote was reasonable, better than most we got. The job was quick and well cleaned up. He advised us on how to get our home heated more efficiently with the new system and followed up when I had a (small unrelated to the work he did) issue. We had a great experience and will use Total Comfort Heating & Cooling again if/when the need arises. Thanks again, Kevin!
Kevin was great from the start including being prompt, polite, and knowledgable. Everything he said would happen did, and it was on time and on budget. His staff was equally kind and responsive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Total comfort to anyone for HVAC without hesitation.
Price gouging for an oil burner tuneup. Charging 100% more than last year. Blaming it on gas prices which is ridiculous.
I would recommend this company to anyone! Fastest service, great service, and such a kind person.. He left me feeling much better about my situation than I expected to feel. Update on install service: Amazing install job, explain everything once completed and cleaned up after themselves and left my home the way it was before arriving! Kevin provides such great service! We had a 6-zone Mitsubishi system installed in our house. What a fantastic job! This offer was the best of four others and the proposed equipment was the latest model unlike some of the other quotes. Kevin's team works very professionally. Each day after work all rubbish is thoroughly cleaned out. The entire job was done in two days. Our house is finally comfortably cool from corner to corner on both floors and all my rhododendrons and hostas survived the renovation. I am curious about the efficiency of this system during the famous New England's winters but that is for another day... THANK YOU!!!
Very poor service Chris B the technician cancelled the first appointment which was rescheduled for the day. He did not show the next day. I waited 30 minutes. When l called the office. The office contacted him and he replied was that he had to go home due to an emergency. I will never recommend this company.
Boiler would't run ,It was a joke they came in flip switch boiler started then he cleaned two prongs was in and out in 10 minutes $99. 2 days later I went to go work on my bike and again same thing no heat boiler would't fire so I called the 7:30 am machine say get back too you in 15 minutes 1/2 hour then I called again at 9:30 still nothing so I called another company then at 12:00 i get a call from them I told them to take a hike i got someone else ,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NOT MY WORST ENEMY
