All of the staff at Martel Plumbing are personable and knowledgeable about their craft. Kyle was the first come to estimate the conversion from oil to propane. On time, clearly explains the options and listens patiently to all the questions we had. The crew of Chris, Jake, Darien and Zach were also on time and very respectful of our home. Malik, the air conditioner specialist, did a wonderful job of taking down the air ducts so the work could be done. He was right back as soon as the boiler was installed. The communication between the office and staff is phenomenal!!
After getting home from vacation I noticed my water heater was leaking. On a recommendation from a friend who has used Martel for years I called and they responded. The price quoted for replacement was $600 over the other bid. I get it. Different businesses. I was told the total to replace was $3500. It was a Wednesday and was told it could be installed on that Saturday. I got the quote in an email. $4200 and could not be installed for another week. I wrote back to ask why all this had changed and got no response. My new water heater is being replace tomorrow by another company for $2900.
Have used Martel Plumbing and Heating a couple of times now. They are courteous, punctual, thorough, knowledgeable. Very pleased with quality of work.

Every aspect of the work performed by Martel was Excellent. The level of communication was great and the team that came in to install a new furnace was professional, polite and very likable. We are Completely satisfied with Martel!!!
We had a gas leak at the house after a new meter was installed. After fighting with the gas company, I called Martel Plumbing and Heating and they sent someone right out to us. Andy was very thorough with the pressure testing through the whole house. He explained everything he was doing and the reason behind it. He located the issue and fixed it promptly, then followed up with pressure testing everything again. The office staff was amazing to work with and took care of contacting the gas inspector and gas company to have our gas turned back on so I wouldn’t have to deal with them for a fourth time. I would highly recommend this company and the plumber Andy, who was sent to help us.

My experience with Martel was special. I had my boiler installed as well as a heat pump air conditioner unit. From Jim Jessica Ian and all the workers they were all attentive timely and never left until I was totally satisfied. I recommend and will always use Martel for all my service needs.
Andy was friendly, efficient. He arrived around 8:30 a.m. and completed the work by 11. My wife and I are very satisfied with his work. I will not hesitate to call Martell Plumbing and Heating again if needed.
Liked the serviceman very neat cleaned up , and efficient .............but I thought a little more $$$ than expected.
Martel Plumbing is awesome they come when they say they’re going to come They do all the work that they say they are going to do. Martel Plumbing does a great job and they are very neat and always clean up after themselves. I also had them put in a shower for my clawfoot tub did a wonderful job I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Called Martel Plumbing this morning because the cold water was leaking above the shut off line in back of the tub they came in less than two hours and fixed the problem love this company

Service tech was great! Friendly, helpful and a fast worker. Left the work area clean. I'd welcome him back to do work at my house anytime. The company was very responsive to my service call request, which was on very short notice. I appreciate that they made it work for me.
Great experience with Martel. We needed a toilet repaired and Ray came out within a couple hours and fixed it perfectly, even dealing with some challenges of our old building. Scheduler was friendly and professional, Ray was friendly, professional, kept the work area clean. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.
