Chad was the perfect salesperson! Strine's is the perfect go-to business for A/C and heating needs! Chris with scheduling was fantastic! Parker and Eric were extremely professional, on-time, neat and organized, knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled technicians! I'm a 20-year retired military aviation mechanic and I know good mechanics when I see it! Bravo to Eric, Parker, Chris, Chad and Strine's for a job well done!
Great overall experience with Strine's from start to finish. They promptly set up an estimate and the sales person did not try to oversell, only told me what we needed and gave me the options to choose what was best for us. Never felt any pressure to proceed and did not feel like they were trying to rip us off. The installers were great, they showed up on time and installed the new AC and Furnace in a timely manner. We have had the units installed for over a month now and can feel a huge difference when they are running. A+
Had a problem with cooling our new place. Scheduling a tech was fast and easy. He came out and got the problem resolved at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use this company for both A/C and furnace needs in future. I highly recommend them to everyone.
We had our air conditioner and heating system replaced. Strines did it all and we are very pleased with the overall experience. The salesman Chad Rohrbaugh and all the installation team were very professional.

Strine's installed a new LENNOX heat pump and air handler system at my home. Everyone done an excellent job.
Extremely professional work & timely responses. What separated Strine's from the competition was that they taught me what I needed to know to make an informed decision, rather than just telling me the issues and how to overspend to fix them like many of their other competitors.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and responded promptly anytime I needed him. The installation team was very professional and their work was very superb.
I have been using Strine's for a couple of years now and when we needed a new heat pump, they were the best value and easiest to deal with in the area. Chad was great and Eric and Parker were excellent installers. I can't recommend these guys enough and will definitely be calling them again for any future needs

Chad was a good sales rep and he checked on the guys often to see how it was going. Brett and Nathan were friendly, and they explained things as we went along.
We are very happy with our experience with strine’s installation of a heating system in our sunroom! It was quite a challenge with all the glass. Chad, our salesman, recommended two ceiling cassettes to provide the heat and A/C, which work wonderfully and they look very nice in the ceiling! Nathan and Tom, the installers, did a great job and took no shortcuts. We love our sunroom and are so happy how the the heating system has improved the room’s environment!
These guys were amazing. We had them install a 4 zone Fujitsu split system with ceiling cassettes and couldn’t be happier. We can now control each room individually and save a ton of money over the old oil furnace we had. That’s great when my wife wants her office at 72 during the day and I don’t want to cook the rest of the house, or at night when we want our room at 62 but our daughter wants hers at 68. No more space heaters! Chad with sales came out and assessed everything to get the right sized system to support each room. Brett and both of the Nathan’s did a great job installing everything. We had them clean the old central ductwork since that’s still used to circulate heat from the wood stove and Chad did a great job cleaning and sealing all of that. We looked at 2 Fujitsu installers and 2 Mitsubishi installers and these guys were by far the best value for the features we wanted and I can’t recommend them enough.
I’m so glad we found Strine’s. They are our new go-to for anything heat/AC related. They are professional and honest. We have a large oil furnace. They fixed something easily on the first trip that we had been dealing with for years with another heating service provider. We’ve dealt with our share of dishonest/incompetent heating services….. I’d recommend Strine’s to anyone. A+

The Strine’s team installed a new heating and AC system for us. Chad was an excellent sales rep and put us in position to make an informed decision about our purchase. Mark and Tom were great to work with on the installation and training to use the new system’s features. The experience was great! Pricing is always fair. We can always count on Strine’s to do the right thing. Very “customer first” focus.
Called around 10-11sh in the morning on a work day. Got a tech scheduled for 12-4. They arrived just short of 12. Within that next hour they had found out what the problem was, replaced the necessary parts and left the area clean. Granted my issue didn't seem overly complex, but regardless. Two technicians came out, but i only got charged for one. Good work. Good lads.
