Josh and his team were outstanding when my furnace abruptly died in the middle of winter . He came out to my home assessed the situation and gave plain, frank, and easy to understand plan of action . It shows how much he cares to sacrifice time with his own family to make sure mine is warm . Our furnace died on a Saturday and by Monday we had a new one … Incredible!!! This is an incredibly dedicated and hard working family business that know their stuff ! If your heating/ac is having issues don’t wait another second , call him up right away ! You will not regret it !!

So very pleased with Saunders Heating & AC. We had issues with our furnace right before Christmas. Josh was at one of our neighbors on another call on Christmas Eve and our kind neighbor directed him our way to diagnose our issue. While inspecting the furnace it was decided that we needed a new one. Josh's team came out as soon as they could considering the holiday to do the new installation and we had our new furnace installed shortly after Christmas. Thank you Josh and team for getting us up and running again.
Saunders responded to my no heat call quickly. They were here and had my situation diagnosed and had my new furnace here and installed unbelievably fast. The crew was friendly, efficient and punctual. Communications from the office and owner left me knowing exactly what was going on as they completed the job. Highly recommended!!
My boiler began leaking gas on Christmas eve day and the boiler had to be turned off. I called Saunders. Josh said he would come to my house but had several other calls before he could get to me. He came to my house Christmas eve about 9pm. He checked out the boiler and said there was damage due to the system not being cleaned and maintained over the years. Josh ordered a boiler and had it installed within 4 days. I was so pleased because we were having severe winter weather. There is a good warranty if repair is needed by the company. Would definitely recommend this company.
Later in the evening on December 23, our furnace died...during the beginning of the coldest few days of the year. Josh responded to a call at 9:00 PM and then came over the next morning, on Christmas eve. He figured out a makeshift repair to get our heat going again, by showing one of his guys via facetime where the needed part was in his shop. He had the guy bring it over, and Josh installed it. It started working then fizzled out again after Josh left. He then immediately came back and got it working again and then called to check on me later to make sure it was still working! I never imagined I could get such service on the coldest weekend of the year, which was also a major holiday! Josh is courteous, professional, and conscientious and provides incredible customer service.
Josh Saunders and his crew did a great job diagnosing and repairing my furnace. They quickly responded, sent someone over on a weekend, and ordered the needed part. As soon as it was available he efficiently installed the motherboard, pressure switch and igniter, and got my heat going again. Great customer service too! Thanks Josh!

Ive been using Saunders at my home for 5-6 years now for all my Heating and cooling needs. And my Father has used them for many years before that A New furnace, AC repair, duct repair, duct cleaning, and now AC system install. They were very professional, gave me exact cost up front and educated me on what i needed. They were very efficient at getting me up and running quickly when i needed heat or AC most! since our AC and furnace went out at the worst times of year. Highly recommend!!!

Saunders HVAC installed my new furnace and AC and new thermostat and humidifier. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. The men were polite and worked hard to make my home comfortable. I would recommend them for all their services and installations.
I got the phone number from the internet and called Josh. He answered the phone while putting in a furnace and I told him the problem I had and he said when he is done with job he was doing he would call me, it was late in the afternoon. About one hour later he called and ask me my address and was there in15-20 minutes. I had no heat and he checked the furnace out. He gave a price to fix it and a-price to replace it. The furnace was almost 20 years old so we decided to replace it. It was cold so Josh said he could make it run but I would half to shut it off manually just for the night and he would be there next day with the new one we picked. His tech show up around 3 pm had the furnace out in about one hour and Josh showed up with the new one, 2 hours later my wife and I were enjoying the heat. The both of them went to work and got the job done in about 2 1/2 hours, and were cleaning up, very professional and polite, I will recommend them and use them for all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Saunders never disappoints. They took care of all of our AC and Heating needs at our old house, so when our furnace stopped working at our new house, we knew who to call. We couldn’t be happier with our new ductless AC and it heats too! Saw a piece on GMA about energy costs going up and having these units could save money on heating costs. Just turned them on today since we are finally getting fall weather. Josh even helped me understand the settings when I was having difficulty months later. The installation took exactly as long as they said, they showed up when they said they would and we were well informed as to what to expect during the process.
