We couldn’t be more pleased. Michael was great and went above and beyond to get our plumbing situation straightened out. He not only made us a priority, he really helped us understand the process, how a home owners claim would work, and how they could help guide us through the process. Mike is the man!
Trevin and Jeffrey did an excellent job installing my pathway lights. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them and their services. To the owners of the company, you have two excellent employees.
Absolutely first rate! Trevin was helpful and very knowledgeable. Answered and explained when I had questions. And very patient as I made changes to assure I was happy with result! Easy to schedule appointment around my schedule.
Update- switched hvac companies. New folks made some adjustments to the ac unit and no issues in several weeks. Cost me $200. Can’t believe JA wanted me to spend another $1800+ (after already giving them $700). Tech was a nice guy but never even got to fixing the AC issue. Unit was tripping the power panel breaker. Said I had to clean the unit first for $500 then said there was a leak that would cost $1000 to fix. Now he’s gone and the breaker continues to pop. Very disappointing.

He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about providing top of the line gold star service. He goes above and beyond helping the customer and is so very kind. Best electrician!
Quick service, but the price was too much for me, I will never use this company again 885.61 for 20 min worth of work. Only the tops are new, this kinda hurts 🤕. I should have gone to trade school.

I worked with Alex in diagnosing some plumbing issues and he was so kind and professional and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got everything taken care of and his customer service went above and beyond. The guys who did the work were also awesome. They were professional and got the work done quickly, and were happy to explain things along the way and answer questions. I will use J&A for all my plumbing and HVAC needs and you should too!

I had my plumbing checked as part of my contract. Billy, the tech, was great - friendly, communicative, easy to understand. When I choose to have the recommended work done, I will definitely ask for him to do it.
J&A did an AMAZING job repairing our sewer line. Hunter and Josh are absolutely fantastic at their work. Hard working, friendly, and very knowledge. I would absolutely recommend J&A to anyone!
I had called many other places first and they couldn't get a technician to us for days! J&A were able to have a technician on site in less than two hours!!! Our main sewer had backed up and started to flood into the basement, our technician was able to diagnose the issue and had the line open and cleared in a very quick manner. He was extremely professional and offered and a lot of great advice to avoid future issues! Thank you so much for the AMAZING service!!!!

Jake and Steve were awesome. They explained everything they checked, did a thorough cleaning and were extremely helpful and friendly (a must with me!). 😁. I highly recommend either of these two gentlemen!
Trevin and Andrew did an incredible job helping my mom with her faulty wiring and panel for her washer and dryer. Knowing they could have taken advantage of an older woman, who was by herself, instead they went above and beyond to give her a great deal. I really appreciate you helping my mom, Loraine, and I also appreciate you being upfront about everything. Will definitely use them again for anything electrical we need!
We had been getting the run around from our home warranty and another company they were contracted with. They kept pushing the date back and we had been without heat for two weeks at this point. We found J&A and they did an estimate and made the repairs the same day. I will recommend and will use them for everything else moving forward.
The two workers who came to fix our air conditioner were both so professional, nice, and efficient. They were knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. I will use them again and would refer them to anyone!
They replaced 6 commodes in our fire station with state of the power flushers in one day! Great job, very professional work, cleaned up the work spaces. Supervisor’s name was Mike. Very knowledgeable, kept me informed with scheduling and followed through on everything he said. Extremely satisfied!
John and John (Master Plumber) from J&A Plumbing were top notch. They took care of a MAJOR plumbing repair when a sewer pipe ruptured behind a wall causing damage on three levels of our house. John (not the master plumber) identified the issue, gave excellent guidance on how to proceed, and worked closely with our disaster mitigation/home restoration company and our insurance adjuster. John got us scheduled into place in a few days after the disaster mitigation people had opened access for him, rather than the two weeks given to us by other plumbing companies, whose estimates we obtained. John also kept the scope of work focused and worked hard with our disaster mitigation service company to ensure that the majority of the 93-year-old bathroom and gorgeous tile were preserved to the best of his ability. We also lost my mom while all of this was going on, and he took care to make sure I was looped in, and understood what was happening. John brought with him a Master Plumber and they worked synergistically together during the bulk of the repair. I honestly can't say enough good things. I am so appreciative of the level of service, the reasonable estimate, the quick response, and the care they took with what could be preserved when two other plumbers recommended an entire bathroom re-do, which I had NO interest in with a 93-year-old home, as rabbit holes seem to pop up with every project.
