They did a great job. On time, on budget. Installed a new AC system. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.
Donnelly was very helpful through each step of my new boiler installation. Tom Donnelly was always willing to take time to explain things to me. He never rushed me into a decision or pushed to make a sale, but he took time to understand my needs. His team did a great job with the installation, and we have experienced no follow up issues in the 3 weeks since installation.

This company was great. They replace my HAVC system and water heater. Quick, clean and responsive. Great job would definitely contract with and recommend Donnelly. We ran into an unforeseen duct issue and they dropped of a mobile AC unit to make sure my family was comfortable for the evening.
Really enjoyed that I had an emergency during a heatwave, waited about 5 minutes to get to their emergency answering service.... only to find out they don't have emergency services. Just somebody they pay to say "so sorry, we'll leave them a msg for Monday". I went with a different local company who provided amazing customer service, to include weekend texts from the owner. Will not be using Donnelly again moving fwd

This was my second experience with Donnelly H&A/C.....hot water heater install last year and a brand new HVAC system this year. Professional, responsive and showed up when they said they would! Highly recommend.
We needed to have our heat pump system replaced. Tom, the owner, came out on time and very professional. He listened to our needs intently and presented his best solution. No high pressure, no up sale. I feel he was sincerely searching for the best solution from customer's point of view. The proposal was sent on time with enough information. The crew was working hard to get the system installed. The place was clean after the replacement. We had invited a few bids and Donnelly was one of the most affordable. Yes, I'd recommend Donnelly Heating & Air Conditioning to my friends.

We switched to Donnelly Heating & Air Conditioning Inc because we needed a new Heat Pump System installed. After receiving several proposals from both large and smaller local companies we selected Donnelly. Tom came out for a presale review of our system. He was professional, on time, knowledgeable, asked the right questions so he could prepare a proposal that met our needs and situation. No high pressure, no upselling, using his experience to recommend the correct Heat Pump System at a reasonable price. He addressed all concerns and questions we had with the correct solutions. The installation crew was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. The correct installation is as important as the system you select. Otherwise, you could have issues down the road or not happy with the installation. They were on time, professional, explained all they did and how to get the most efficiency from our new system, took the time to explain the system and were careful to keep everything clean and neat. We also installed a Fresh Air Anti-Virus/Mold/Odor and Dust Ozone Free Purifier which other companies didn’t even offer. You will be very happy if you need a small repair or an entire new heating and cooling system. We highly recommend Donnelly Heating & Air Conditioning for all your heating and cooling needs.

I had a great experience with this company. Everyone that I spoke with and interacted with were very friendly and helpful. When the work was being doing in my house all of the men were incredibly professional and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the system to me before leaving.
I tried calling 3 times and could not leave a message nor could I get anyone on the phone. Not sure how they have a business when you can't leave a message or get someone to answer. I even used the live chat and they couldn't help me either. Not impressed

Called Donnelly for an estimate to replace our HVAC system due to our AC going out in the middle of a heatwave. Tom (the owner) came out and provided a quote and charged our AC free of charge due to us having a bedridden senior in the house. Toms quote was the best of 4 that we had and we greatly appreciated his efforts in helping us with no obligation, it said a lot about him as a person and how he operates his business. He had his team out as promised and did a great job replacing our system. We have our all of our maintenance done by Donnelly and have been very satisfied for over 8 years now. His guys are professional, respectful and nice to deal with. We highly recommend Donnelly!
Used Donnelly for a new install(heat pump). Tom came out & was easy to talk to and.explains everything very well. Guys came out with in the week, Josh & . Very professional, clean and answered all questions. Once the job was done Josh explained everything very well. Would recommend

My sister had an issue with her heating the first weekend it was cold. With no heat and kids in the house, we had to get it fixed asap. We called Donnelly and they had us scheduled for that afternoon. Lou came out and was very professional. He wore all the appropriate safety gear, went down to take a look at the heater, and even explained what was going on to my niece. He fixed the heater and even recommended some items we might want to consider without being pushy or salesy. We really appreciate their professionalism and everything has been working great ever since. Would highly recommend!!
