Came home from vacation to an AC that wasn't blowing cold air. Called the next morning at 730AM, their technician arrived right in the window we were quoted and we were back up and running before noon. I found the bill to be reasonable, especially for short notice on the hottest day of the year, and the technician was knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions. This was my first time using this company and we'll certainly call them again shall we need it.
Kind and professional people in service. Your go-to when it comes to your HVAC and Plumbing needs! You can always tell that the staff are well trained. They always aim for customer satisfaction and they only provide quality work.
I had been using Blue Dot for 16 years. They sold me a contract with maintenance and priority. They did not honor the priority and seemed to relish keeping me waiting for DAYS. I called on a Friday, they gave me a Saturday appt. Then called Saturday and told me it would be Tue. They did not care I had a contract. They did not show up, and they never called. I called Hopewell, they set me up the next day, Dillan came out on time, took his time and resolved my A/C issue. I will now be an enthusiastic customer of Hopewell. Oh, and that day BD called me and said they would be out, I was going to let them come and then cancel, but their techs are good people.

We recently had our kitchen faucet replaced. The technician was friendly and on time. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn't have know he was there. Thank you!
Every time I contact them they come as soon as possible. They are all very kind, polite, friendly, and professional. I will never call anyone else.

Sent a message this morning and within an hour got a call. They came out and we’re about to fix our furnace since it was not heating on the worst day of the year. We used them in the summer and i would use them again!
Very responsive and friendly. I had several issues and they were able to resolve the issues the same day both times I needed them to come to my house. Will use again for future needs.
Had a great experience with Hopeweel Heating and Aor Conditioning. Jeston was super helpful, and nice. He came out the same day to complete and estimate, and within two days we had a new furnance installed.
Kyle was on time very personal and friendly. He installed a new thermostat and informed me of other maintenance for my furnace in the future. The office was helpful in getting me an appointment asap. Will be my go to company from now on.

We actually used these guys as a second opinion, since the first guys we had come out basically said our whole HVAC system needed repaired and would cost us an arm and a leg, as well as they couldn't install our furnace for months but charged us immediately for their estimate. Then my wife called and spoke with Jeston and told him our troubles. He came out for a free estimate the next day and sent us estimates the day after. They came out Friday that week and installed a whole new furnace for us, worry free! I just had to leave a review about this, as it was a huge stress to us as new homeowners in town, and Jeston and the team truly gave us a huge sigh of relief. Thank you Hopewell!

CROOKS!! Called to ask if they had a specific part in stock, was told Yes. Tech came out, determined it was that specific part, but said they do NOT have it in stock and it would take 3 wks to get it in (during the middle of a very cold winter). Now they want me to pay a couple hundred dollars for wasting my time!?!? NO!!!! Now they are saying that conversation never happened. Do NOT waste your time with their lies, unprofessionalism and crooked ways!!!! UPDATE: So now you are proving you are liars in addition to Crooks! YOU did NOT fix my unit. I had to call another company, ask for the SAME part I asked you for, they came out and determined I asked for the correct part and replaced it for me. You lied to me on every call we have had from the initial call and now you are lying for the public to see. Thank you for proving my point.
The service person went beyond expectations in explaining details of our system and doing a thorough job!!! Would recommend!
I like dealing with Hopewell heating and air conditioning friendly people to deal with when you make appointment and they are usually on time
Came out quickly and solved my problem with spare parts on hand! But they charged $120 diagnostic fee and $180 labor. All for about an hours work. Pretty steep price.
