Wish I could leave 0 stars. Plumber sat in his van for more than half an hour, talking to family members, and by the time he got back to our job, it was too late to get the parts that were needed. He was supposed to return the following afternoon, but was a no-show. I will not be calling HL Bowman again. Quoted price for the job was outrageously high - and the work never got done.
Very Knowledge and fixed the issue Asap with great pricing and great customer service.
Our AC unit stopped working on a 90 degree day. I called and they were able to get us in the same day and fixed it! We are so thankful! I’d recommend this company to anyone.
Nathan was very professional and explained everything very clearly for me to understand why my system stopped cooling. He even pointed out a plumbing issue he noticed while he was working in my basement, and helped me schedule an appointment to have it looked at in more detail. Luckily it was an easy fix and he had the necessary parts in his truck, so he was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
My family is extremely thankful for Jason V.'s service. He came out the evening before the 4th to help fix our unexpected cracked pipe. He was transparent, answered all our questions, and was very professional even though it was 9pm.
Mike Hess was exceptional, really professional - he explained everything he was doing and very quickly fixed my AC unit. He was also very thoughtful about taking on and off his shoe covers when walking inside the house. Really appreciated that. Its been about a week and the AC still works great. Highly recommend.
I can't say to value or quality yet since this is the first, I needed this repair. I was very pleased with Mike he was professional. He answered all questions my husband and I had. I would recommend Mike to any of my family or friends. He was knowledgeable, great personality he got our air going in a very short amount of time on a very hot day.
My mom's kitchen sink was backed up, she had a Dillsburg company come in twice to fix the clog weeks before, did not work after she spent several hundred dollars. They said they could not fix it. No idea who to call or trust. Scheduled another company on Friday, June 23rd, but wasn't quite sure whether to use them. Driving to work Tuesday morning June 20th in Dillsburg, I was sitting behind a HL Bowman van on Rt 15. That was my Godly moment, so I called them on Tuesday, asked a couple questions, then called back Weds. They could send someone out on Thursday am 6/22. Christian was out by 7:30 and already knew the problem not long after checking things out. Very impressed with his knowledge, easy to talk to, down to earth, super pleased with everything. He came out on Friday 6/23am to fix the problem himself. I highly recommend this company, we will definitely use them when the time arises. It's wonderful to know you have honest/professional people who keep your business going and care about their customers. That's hard to find these days! THANK YOU...

Mike was knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He installed a new water heater for us on the same day that the previous one failed.
Our HVAC unit broke and it took under a week for them to assess the system and install a new system. They were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Jeremiah was friendly, professional and thorough. He and Chris Albright and Chris Flowers answered any questions I had. I was so happy that H.L. Bowman was able to take care of my HVAC quickly. My old system wasn't installed properly but these guys corrected it and now im cooler than a cucumber. Great job!
Marty and Evan and crew were top-notch and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time and worked diligently all day for 2 days, to replace our old HVAC system. Marty was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions about the new HVAC system. Crew was very friendly and helpful! We're very satisfied with the services received!

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday. My Tech Patrick Sharkey did a great job of diagnosing my problem, explaining my options and bringing my AC system back up and running. HL Bowman and Patrick are very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We compared quotes from multiple locations. Bowman was able to offer the best warranty, the highest SEER rating, and a reasonable price.
I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to get someone out to me the next day. It's not often these days to find an employee that truly cares about the customer and their satisfaction. Jason went above and beyond! He's a definite asset for HL Bowman.
