When our AC decided to die yesterday, they were quick to respond and troubleshoot our problem. they quickly solved the problem and walked us through a cost analysis of what our long term solutions were. We highly recommend calling them when you have a problem!

Their technicians are always very helpful and professional, explaining the problem in detail over the phone and then again on the invoice.. I'm not sure I would call their prices cheap, but they do seem fair for the speed & quality of the work..

recently I utilised the services of York HVAC & Plumbing Solutions. The works involved the replacement of my existing cooling system. The entire experience - from my initial meeting with their technician, the installation works, and subsequent follow-up - has been great. I would have no problems recommending them.

The technician came to my house within hours of my call and was to quick to solve the problem with our AC unit. Very happy with price, workmanship, and product timing enabled some discounts and rebates to be applied for savings workmen seemed knowledgeable and efficient / cleaned up after installation I was well informed and given options when issues came up.
Woke up to no heat and a loud buzzing sound. and they came over and repaired my unit. they cleaned and checked everything. Looked / addressed all my concerns. Wonderful service. Thanks again.

From the first phone call to the exit from our home, we were impressed. They communicated at every step what was going on and kept their word on arrival time and ability to fix the problem.
The Technician was amazing pleasant and polite and took care of business 2 thumbs up! He was at my house within 10 minutes of my phone call and had my air up and running and cold again in no time! Great Job!
