Your tech cleaned an air conditioner and installed a new one. He explained everything he would do and he completed both jobs efficiently with care. I highly recommend him. I was saved the hassle of buying the new unit, having it delivered and installed

Highly trained technicians, took care of all my AC units. Replaced the parts that were no longer good, made sure everything works perfect before they left. Prices were extremely good compared to other companies I have contacted.
I want to remodel a spare room in my house. I plan on using it as a home office. Of course, it needs an AC. Luckily T & Y HVAC North Philadelphia is really quick. They sent a tech over to do the job. Although it's my first time, I can say that I made the right decision in calling them!
