Great Company to deal with. Moved into home that had a 22+ year old furnace air cond system. It was shot. WF Smith was recommended to us by a family member. They showed up a day after we called and presented us an estimate and complete explanation of what they would do. We had the air cond and heating unit installed and its been excellent since, that was 11 months ago. Recently I noticed a strange flashing light inside the air cond heating unit in my basement. I thought that it was perhaps a warning lite or something. I called in to ask they said "someone will get back to you". Indeed in a short while I received a call from W A Smith explaining what that light was and that all is perfectly fine w the unit. The man who called is one of the owners! Family run, Family hands on company. Cant miss, You wont go wrong! Stv/Warminster
Called in for service at 10.30 am on july7th . Needed outside fan motor... My ac was running same day by 1.30 pm ....not sweating any more....HZ

Installed a high efficiency electric hvac unit for us in October. The pricing was reasonable and the job was done professionally and expeditiously. And we actually ended up saving MORE money on energy than had been estimated beforehand. Later on had a minor problem that caused the system to shut down (not their fault). Emailed them about it on the evening of July 4th, and they had a tech here first thing the next morning who diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would gladly recommend them for anything hvac related.
In the last year, WFSmith installed a new furnace, central air and 2 mini splits in our home. The furnace served us well this past winter. Now we are getting to use the AC. So far, so good! Dave Smith who quoted and organized the job, was ever so patient in answering our many questions. He always got back to us promptly and revisited our home when necessary. His customer service could not have been better! The installation team was easy to have in our home and worked efficiently. So, let’s see what the future brings!

The technician Dave was on time. He was very professional, but friendly, engaged with me about the process were booties when he entered my home and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend WF Smith
Mark came on time and very professional . He was able to answer all our questions . Serviced 2 units in about an hour we were happy with his professionalism and punctuality. Scheduled our 6 month heating service already . Thanks WF SMITH

I contacted WF Smith to get a second opinion about a failing AC compressor. The rep — Chuck — arrived on time, communicated with me throughout, gave me a really clear assessment (to be followed up with a written version via email). I was impressed with his knowledge and clear way of explaining things. Very pleased with the service he provided.
Notified day in advance of service date, notified by technician just before arriving...those are pluses in my book. Service person was polite, attentive to cleanliness, answered questions and provided maintenance service in a timely fashion
