In the past we used universal heating and air conditioning to fix our air conditioner. June 2023 we had to replace and install a new Gas furnace and a new air conditioner system. Tom the owner and his staff were excellent to work with thru the project. Very professional and knowledgeable in their work, and did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do from start to finish of the job. After everything was completed went over everything they had done. Made sure inside and outside of property was cleaned . Will recommend company to family and friends.
I would definitely recommend these guys. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my ducts.

Tom at Universal was super helpful, and responsive. We actually had two things break on our furnace in a week. Tom took the time to look at what was going on, explain our options, and then did both repairs quickly. Pricing was fair. 10/10 would recommend working with him for furnace repairs.
