Tri-state Heating & Air Conditioning helped me with my water heated broke and caused an accidentally discharge damage to my basement. With their help I was provided the best water Heater money could buy and my insurance carrier payed my claim because of their report on how the damaged water heater broke. I would refer them into all of my rental properties because they are the most effective company in hvac and respectful with the estimate, quotes, and reports.
We use them every year for our air conditioner system! They always come right out the next day after calling them. Super friendly and reasonable pricing. They get the job done in a timely manner and always super helpful for all of our questions we ask.

Joe came out and fixed my AC issue at NO charge. Yes, you read that right.. no charge! He said it was such a quick fix that he would’ve felt bad charging me. Will definitely be using him for my other rental properties!
