The technician was so efficient and professional. I felt bad for him because he had to work in a crawl space over the garage and that day the temperature was 100 degrees. He cleaned everything up and you would never know any work was done. Great job well done.
I called Synergy 3 for a water leak from my hot water heater. Andriy arrived on time, he was kind enough to put booties on his shoes and took his time explaining what was the problem and what needed to be done. He replaced the expansion tank, tested for water leaks and left his work place clean. I would recommend Synergy 3 to other people.
Patrick was my technician, from the door he smiled, introduced himself, complied with shoe coverings & a mask! Very thorough with explaining everything to me! Service with a smile. Cleaned up all debris and was polite! Great representation of this company Synergy 3. 😀
Really great service and fair pricing. Peter came out and assessed the issue with my unit and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. An issue another company had previously refused to fix and work on. He recommended a great thermostat and installed it and fixed the issue in less than an hour! Everyone on the team was very responsive and polite. I really appreciate your help!

Had to have my entire water heater replaced. Response time from initial complaint of issue to installation of new unit was VERY LONG specially for not having hot water and two babies in the home. However, once the unit was installed, it was great. Friendly technicians, and fast install. The only thing I can say is that they just need to brush up on their response time. Other than that good service.
