The technician. Enea was on time,. Service was great...a new thermostat was installed. Heater is now on....In the future, any problems with my plumbing or heating I will not hesitate to call global services...thank you

My HVAC system went down. I called Global Services who I have worked with before. They have always proven to be customer service oriented. My system was too far gone to repair. So they offered me a good price to replace it with a complete new system. The techs that came to my house were friendly and professional. Explaining to me what they were doing and why. It was an extremely positive experience . And now, having a new system I'm worry free with the temperatures going into the 90's for at least the next week. They responded to me promptly and completed the installation in half a day. You won't go wrong using Global Services and with Mike.
We had two issues with our HVAC: leak and vibrations. Global Serivces solution? Can’t be fixed, too old, need to replace. Called another contractor. Fixed everything in 1 hour! The most surprising was that their technician didn’t even inspect where the vibrations are coming from turns out it was from the pump! Yea the unit might be old and you guys don’t fix those, fine, but why do you send someone so irresponsible/ clueless that doesn’t even check other components? Disappointing.
I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Global Services. They had all of the necessary parts in stock (very important to me in a pandemic) and were able to do the installation of my new HVAC system within a few days of the time I originally called. Additionally, the quoted price was what I actually paid. No add-ons. The installation itself was done without any hiccups, and the technicians were both very professional and courteous.
The men from Global were very professional and experienced. They did a great job installing my new system and took care to clean up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them!
We needed a new compressor and the turnaround time for the parts was very quick! Installation was professional and efficient and Mike and his team were friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend Global enough!

I found out I needed one of my two water heaters replaced and called them for help. Mike was really honest and responsive. He let me know that he won't replace something if it doesn't need it and gave the second water heater a look. He let me know it was completely up to me, as it did not need to be replaced but would be preventative to avoid from dealing with it breaking like the first one. They offered me a fair price and moved forward. Everything is great now. I will use them in the future!
I just had Global Services install a new central air conditioning unit in my home. The 2 technicians that came to do it were very nice, courteous, clean and professional. They answered all my questions and even helped me to set up my new wifi thermostat. When the job was complete; they cleaned everything up and left no mess. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of hvac services.
I had a full furnace and AC replacement done with Global and it was such a great experience! Mike made me feel completely comfortable and answered all of my questions about the estimate and how the process would go. Their installation team was prompt, professional, and respectful. I am so glad that I chose to go with Global!

Happy customer here. My heating system wasn’t running properly so I searched around and ended up calling Global Services. Mike showed up at my house and was able to quickly identify the issue, clearly communicated to me and then made a quick fix. I’d definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thanks!
I can’t thank Mike at Global Services enough, he can out the day I called, we had no Air Condition and the temperature was in the high 90’s. He had been out to check our central air a few weeks before and warned me the Blower was shot. Well now it was gone, he asked me to turn the unit on and thank goodness it started right up. He said it won’t last so I said let’s replace it. Within two days the job was done, Mike new my daughter was not well and pushed to have the repair done ASAP. Thank you Global I really appreciate all of you! Ann
Central AC needed to be replaced in a small area with difficult access. Global found a creative solution to replace a 5 Ton unit. Completed job on schedule.
