Had Evan Painter out for an estimate for an EV charger install w/ panel upgrade. He was professional, timely, and a pleasure to deal with. The estimate was clear and has helped us to plan the timing of the project - we’ll definitely be reaching out Gen3 when that time comes as they have been nothing but great to deal with on this and a prior call. Would definitely recommend!
Cyrus arrived within window. He was polite and respectful. Our AC compressor was tripping the circuit breaker. Box needed upgrades to hansle AC. He gave us three written options to resolve the issue. The office called back and scheduled the work that Saturday.

Do yourself a favor- pick somebody else that will actually show up. Scheduled an appointment a week out and on the day of they texted to tell me nobody was coming because the technicians are all out at other places. Used to call them a few times a year… will find somebody more professional and reliable.
The technician Matt was very professional and thorough. He explained the issue and my options to repair or replace. The salesman, Dominic Christopher, was very easy to work with. The installer, Jim Birch, explained everything clearly and even recommended a follow up visit just to ensure everything was working properly.
Gen3 was very responsive and helpful! We called Monday and they worked hard to accommodate our timeline and needs for air conditioning support. Justin, our technician, was really kind and explained to us what needed to be done. He was quick and efficient! I’d recommend Gen3 and Justin to anyone needing HVAC services or support! We will absolutely be reaching out again.
The air was not working on our unit. We got an appointment quickly and everyone from the scheduler to Jeffrey and his work companion were so great! Getting his picture before he arrived was great. He was so caring and helpful for our unique situation. I am very grateful for their professionalism and genuine concern for the situation. Thank you for working this holiday week and being there!

They show up on time and are professional in their interaction with you. My only complaint, they are more expensive than others. If you want smooth, attentive service and you don’t mind paying extra money they could be a good fit.
Evan Painter came out to give us some estimates and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable. He gave us options, ideas, and brought a couple of issues to our attention. We really appreciate his precision and attention to detail.
I had Steve and Ken do a tune-up of our boiler and heater and they were super professional and helpful. Steve stayed to finish the job and did a lot of new homeowner education. Following this visit we decided to install a new high efficiency combi boiler and Jim and his team were very efficient and professional. We also had extensive electrical work done by Gen3 to get rid of knob and tube wiring, replace our panel, etc. Joe also came later to fix an issue with a GFCI outlet that had a funny ground and managed to find where the issue came from. I will definitely continue doing business with gen3.
Justin Henry came out to service our mini splits. He was very nice, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job cleaning out our systems. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. He was very conscious of keeping the space he was working around him clean too.
Kevin came out to fix some minor issues that we had after the initial work. He was very responsible and very helpful. He answered all of our questions. Update: we had some other electrical issues and called Gen3 again based on our prior experiences. Chris McDevitt came out and was able to quickly assess and address our issues. He helped to figure out a ceiling fan wiring issue that the previous owners left.
Highly recommend - George was right on time, figured out the issue quickly and had us all set in under an hour! I also appreciated Amy reaching out via text as well and getting us scheduled that way, as I’m at a job where I can readily talk on the phone. I will definitely be using them again if needs must!
Ed did an outstanding job installing our two lighting fixtures. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. He explained everything to us. We look forward to working with Ed in the future for any of our electrical needs. He is an asset to your company!

Good company that knows its worth. Good advice and options. Focused on maintenance. Steve was professional and knowledgeable, backed up his assertions with evidence and knew what he was talking about, and importantly how to communicate it to the client. Would recommend.
Charley did a tremendous job replacing our cooling system. There were many issues with the equipment and it had to be returned multiple times until the correct one was delivered. Once the correct equipment was delivered Charley stayed until 8 PM to complete the install, which was much appreciated on a Friday of a holiday weekend. He was extremely professional, knew what had to be done, performed the necessary testing to ensure it was working correctly and was extremely neat. We greatly appreciate all of the effort and professionalism of Charley! Thanks again!
Great experience with Gen3. My HVAC was having issues cooling my home, and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Justin Henry was our first technician - he was very knowledgeable and professional and assessed the issue quickly. He also cleaned our outdoor HVAC unit, told us the best filters to buy, overall just went above and beyond to help prevent the issue in the future. HVAC is now working better than ever. Recently had another tech, Rob come by to give an estimate on a ductless system for an upstairs room, and he was very helpful and professional as well. Gen3 is also very up front about costs and estimates which I appreciate.
Gen3 recently installed a mini split system for my first floor. The crew (Jim, Shondu and Tara) were all so very personable, professional, on time and extremely neat. I would definitely recommend Gen3 to anyone needing electrical work done. Thank you!
