Extreme Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars! Mr. Wayne was thorough very personable and a great guy to have work at our office. We had a major issue with our clogged pipes and he came out right away. He went over the cause and explained what was needed to prevent the issue from happening again. Hopefully we don't have any more issues, but if so, we know exactly who to call!
I want to talk about my experience with Extreme Plumbing &Heating. Their response time to my call was very quick. They came out and identified the issue very quickly. They were professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.
I had a leaky radiator and spoke to Wayne, the owner. He was very knowledgeable about what the problem could be even over the phone. He was very patient and took the time to talk to me so that I knew exactly what would or could be done. Although I ultimately did not need him to do the work, I appreciate his professionalism and the time that he took to help to explain my options even with his busy schedule.
Replaced PVC trap under sink. Same day service. Very courteous and safe (shoe covers, mask, gloves)
I called to schedule an appointment for heater maintenance and spoke with Wayne, the owner. He called to confirm on the day of the service and kept in contact with me as he was in route. He assessed my heater and discussed with me what he was doing and why. Wayne was very knowledgeable and patiently explained how my heater operates and showed me the various parts he had to clean to ensure it operated efficiently. While at my home, he followed Covid safety precautions and was very, very professional. The pricing was very fair I might add! If you are looking for a company that will correctly complete the job the first time, I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing & Heating for all your needs!

Wayne did a marvelous job he was very professional reasonable pricing because you know how plumbers can do and very friendly. I would highly recommend extreme Plumbing for anyone who needs a plumber.
Since we've moved to Philly a few years ago we've used Wayne's plumbing services many times. He is reliable, professional and kind. He always gives us price quotes upfront and very thorough explanations of the work he will do. He has come very quickly when I had emergencies and is always polite. The work he has done for us has been superb and we have not had problems with it since. I would definitely recommend Wayne's services.
I almost never write positive reviews, but Extreme Plumbing and Heating deserves a good one. To find any type of contractor or plumber who isn't going to totally screw you over (or at least try) when you're young, female, and new to homeownership, is so rare. The first time I hired Wayne, he installed a gas dryer and he did a great job. I had a leak in the vent a few weeks later, which ended up being an unrelated H-VAC issue, but even though Wayne suspected that it wasn't the gas, he stopped by my house on his own time to check up on his work and make sure. This time, my bathroom leaked through the ceiling on the very first night of the mandated Covid-19 quarantine. Wayne and his crew came ASAP when I called on Monday, and made me a priority in a time of crisis, as my roommates and I were unable to use our shower. Wayne took tons of photos through the process so I would have a good record for my homeowner's insurance claim, and he kept me well informed of everything that was happening. He was very straight forward and honest about the situation. He quoted me the highest possible price from the start so I would be prepared for the worst, rather than continuing to pile on the costs like companies often do. Because of the pandemic, they worked extra fast, and stayed all day to make sure to get it done as fast as possible. They rigged things so we were able to temporarily use the shower on the day that they had another job. Wayne offered to speak to my homeowner's insurance claims department if necessary, and also made the stack pipes easily accessible should I ever need the pipes unclogged. He diagnosed future potential issues, and gave advice. The guys were on time and reliable! They showed up when they said they would, which is a basic human courtesy that many companies lack these days. 5/5, I highly recommend!

Called to ask about the work I needed and Wayne was so patient and thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was also the most fair pricing I received for plumbing work. We don't wear shoes in the house and the work was in the backyard where the only way there is through the house but he had his own tarps that he laid out through the whole house to ensure no mess was left. I have worked with many contractors and specialists over the past 5 years and he is the FIRST to have his own tarps and to do this. He even had shoe covers to wear when he was removing the tarp at the end of the work. His company pens that he gave me are also super cool as it also doubles as a flashlight. Super friendly, thorough and trustworthy. He will be my go to plumber moving forward.

Wayne was very professional and knowledgeable when I contacted him regarding an issue with my boiler. He accommodated my schedule and was patient in walking me through the process of what he was doing. He replaced an old thermocouple and cleaned out the boiler. A very nice experience overall.
Wayne is a lifesaver. Our gas boiler broke the day before a cold snap, and two other repair people I called said it would be several days before they could come out. Wayne came that evening, likely after he should have been done for the day. He was professional and friendly. When he was unable to resolve the problem that night because of a missing part, he said he would find the part and be back asap, possibly days. I had resigned myself to a few days of space heaters, but Wayne was back the next afternoon, fixed the boiler for half the original quote (because it was a different part then he initially though- but I didn't know that and could have easily upcharged since I just wanted my heat fixed). He's honest, professional, and goes above and beyond.
Extreme Plumbing rip off artist Called up and guy tells me " Just to let you know all jobs start at $250. and we can't come out till two weeks " Whaaat the !!!! I said " thats was very unprofessional to say and I will call somebody else"..The end.
I was referred by my realtor..and after the first consultation, I knew i wanted to use Wayne and his crew. He's very knowledgeable regarding his craft and really takes pride in his work and helping his customers. He explains every thing he does, why he's doing it and also provides less expensive alternatives if applicable. You won't regret doing business with this company. Very professional.
They were very efficient as well as cleaned everything when they were done. Will definitely be using again!!!
