I appreciate you guys keeping my old AC unit running because I don't currently have the funds to replace it. My ability to afford reasonable repairs and avoid the high cost of replacing my HVAC certainly helped me during these difficult times.!!!

Have used EMCO for years. Very smart technicians. Our AC was warm in some areas and too cold in other areas. He was able to close some vents. Now evenly distributed everywhere!
Answered questions fully, educated on when to change filter. Advised to clean coils and do so every 2-3 years especially in spring for AC to have a long life working. Pet friendly.

Used them three times over the last 5 years. Three separate issues. All great experiences. The work was done well and they do it promptly.
very expensive. Still cleaning up the dirt left on the walls, floors, stairs and from the heater to my front door. Worst of all, they were upselling me on a water heater repair even before they fin ished the heater work. There was never anything wrong with the water heater. I noticed the cover off of the water heater and then no hot water. I asked them about that and they fooled around with the water heater and said it would take a while to get hot. It's now been 2 days, still lukewarm at best! To sum it up, if you want to pay alot, get something broken and alot of dirt- these are your guys
