Very bad experience here. It took the owners forever to recognize their "mistake," and after all that back-peddling they did, they still never followed through with what they told us they'd do. I know this is America; everyone is entitled to make a buck, but they took it waaay beyond reasonable. They charged 3 times as much as they should have as well as for work that they didnt do, that had already been installed. A real rip-off. If you have to do business with these people, do yourself a favor and look up the costs of the models yourself to ensure something that is only $245 doesn't get ramped up to $800.
