I've used East Falls Plumbing for years now. Bill and his crew are responsive, kind, and helpful. I can trust Bill to do the very best job. He replaced my water heater and fixed a leak that came from my bathroom down to my kitchen. He also replaced my bathroom faucet.
I had a shower leak, they fixed it swiftly and efficiently and without problems.
Bill was quick to respond, thorough in his investigation of our problem, responsive to my need for full and accurate information, and prompt in getting the repair done. His focus was completely professional, and I felt confident in his guidance and expertise. Chalk another one up for the English major.
Had them come out to fix both my failed sewer and waste water lines and both times they were very professional, very responsive (reached out multiple times to confirm dates and times) and the work they did was good and very professional and clean looking. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done!

Best Plumber in East Falls! I needed a new water heater since the existing one was about 12 years old and making noises. I asked my neighbors for plumber recommendations, and they all recommended East Falls Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very soon after I contacted them. The plumber Kevin arrived on time, the installation went smoothly, and Bill the owner also stopped by to make sure everything looked good. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job! I definitely recommend East Falls Plumbing!
Provided quick, quality work when I needed to repair my hot water heater. Gave options on the best way to to repair/replace my unit and never felt any pressure. Arrived on time and installed quickly. Would definitely use again!

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!
Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; "Hi I saw your reviews can you help me?" He automatically responds; "Were booked" I sighed then he said; "Whats wrong?" I was like; "My tub is clogged and.." Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

It was great experience with their service. They were not only professional but also had very crisp approach to what needs to be done to fix the issue. They did not oversell the services for my plumbing issue. Job was done in timely fashion and site was cleaned well. Would definitely recommend them.

The team he sent to my home was respectful of my disability and performed all tasks with excellence. I was completely comfortable having them in my home. What phenomenal service! The guys at East Falls Plumbing really do live by a customer service model. I called on a Tuesday with a broken garbage disposal and was able to get an appointment Friday same week (I was offered next day service but unfortunately was not available for it.) They said someone would arrive between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, and one of their repairmen was on my porch at 11:28 am, I wasn't even ready for their arrival because i hadn't anticipated such a great level of prompt and professional. Immediately was able to come in and diagnose my issue, sadly for me I needed an entirely new disposal, but they were incredibly well prepared and already had one on hand in the truck, no need for a return visit! Everything was removed, installed, and tested within 45 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves, I almost didn't believe I received a repair from how thoroughly neat they were! Billed me later through paypal invoice with no issues. Incredibly fair and little below general market pricing. Truly this is a delightful repair group, 12/10 will be using them again until the business (or I) leave this earth.
