My heater turned off on the coldest day of the year right before we were set to go away on vacation. I reached out to Rey and he got back to me right away. He couldn't come out that night so he walked me through step by step how to address my heater problem and didn't even charge me. Its hard to find people you trust, but Rey has showed me time and time again that he is an expert, dependable, and honest. I'll be using him for the next 20 years!
Rey and his team were awesome. They diagnosed a problem that had confounded other companies, were very responsive and worked quickly. Would absolutely recommend and hire again.
Started using this business a few years ago and have received excellent service each time. They also do excellent chimney work. Administrative Assistant Christine is awesome too! Very helpful with scheduling and excellent with following up.
This is a great company! Dont think twice and call them. I bought my 1rst home and they did the fixing of my heather system. Great job. Time after I called them because I didnt understand how heather works and they explained clearly and we patiently each step of the maintenance. This is a great company you will be glad you called!
Working with this company was very easy and pleasant. After answering all my questions on chat I made an appointment for the very next day and it was done quickly and professionally at a good price. Def recommended and will be calling on again if I ever need them.
I've never left a review in my entire life, but I have to for Rey and Frankie. My wife and I moved into our newly purchased house on December 20th, only to discover on our first night there that our steam radiator heating system made so much noise that it kept us up at night. I knew radiators aren't silent, but the rattling was so visible that I was convinced a pipe was going to pop loose somewhere in the house. After skimming through heating contractors online, I called EP210 based on their excellent reviews across multiple sites. I couldn't be happier that I did, and the universal 5 star reviews are more than well earned. Rey and Frankie showed up on Christmas Eve, took the time to walk me through the entire system so that I personally understood how it all worked, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems. Where some contractors might have tried to convince me that upgrades or repairs were needed, Rey was quick to point out what about my system might be less than ideal but wasn't worth immediately spending the money on to address. Throughout my time working with them, Rey and Frankie have been responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. I'll be recommending EP210 to friends and family without hesitation.

I called these guys when my furnace was not working right, and they spent the time to correctly diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable price. They had the experience to know my particular furnace and understand how to fix it correctly. I was very satisfied.
Appointment time was scheduled and Ray arrived on time. Explained every step and was very thorough in explaining what the problem was. I could tell Ray was very knowledgeable, and he took his time. He and Franky fixed the problem and did not rush the job. I would definitely recommend this company and the cost for repair was fair. Both were very professional.

We have worked with Rey @ ep210 Heating and Cooling on multiple occasions and his work has always been fantastic. First time we met Rey, he helped diagnose and fix the issue with our AC condenser while other technician had missed. We then asked him to install a new gas furnace and everything turned out solid and beautiful. He is knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. It’s always a pleasure working with Rey.
Rey was recommended by a neighbor as we were having no luck with another heating company, He came out took our Steam heater and cleaned it completely! In the 8 years we've been here no other company EVER took such care of our unit. His rates are fair and he walked us through what we needed to do in the future. We've been EP210 customers for 4 years now!
I had to call EP210 because I had a problem with my oil boiler. I was able to be talked through the issue over the phone and still the tech came to the house and double-checked the system to make sure everything was running properly. They are very knowledgeable, polite and are always willing to give great customer service. I will continue to count on them for all my heating and cooling needs.
Rey was awesome. He helped me understand my options, the pros and cons of each one and then did the work efficiently. He was highly responsive. Customer service from Wanda was great. Not a complaint.
Words cannot express how impressed I am with Rey and his team. I was told by 3 different contractors that my heater was beyond repair. Ep210 immediately went to work on it and guarenteed I would have heat within 2 hours. Rey made good on his promise añd we are one warm and happy family! These guys are truly the best!

I use EP210 for all my investment properties and my own residence. Rey knows oil and gas furnaces, forced air and radiator systems, single and multi-zone heating and cooling. At my properties, he's done everything from simple maintenance to a full oil to gas conversion. He's personally saved me thousands of dollars on rebuilds that would have required full replacement with other heading companies. I've spend thousands of dollars over the years with Rey and never regretted a single dollar. My own realtor told me he was impressed by Rey's knowledge and ability to repair and fabricate parts where other heater technicians wouldn't touch the job. I'll call Rey every time as know I'll get straight answers and quality service at a fair price.
Ray is a great person. He always explain everything to me and my husband. He responds quickly whenever we call, he even helped us get a warranty on the parts for our heater system. I highly recommend his company, he is very honorable!!!
