Replaced both AC & Heat!! Crane n all for the AC Unit. Price was great, all organized & professional!! Entire process was schedule n done in a timely manner!! John was extremely helpful!! So far so good!!
John and his team are great - they got a job done for us quickly and for a great price, and were also incredibly friendly and helpful. We have a very old AC unit that needed to be disconnected and relocated in order for us to do some landscaping work. I had one contractor look at this work and tell me he couldn't do it due to the proximity of the unit to the fence. Another quoted us over $5k to do it. John came out (for free, no diagnosis cost) and reviewed the work with me and told me it was very straightforward. Our unit is pushing 15 years old and he did not pressure me to replace the unit, he was very honest with me about what was doable. In the end, they did the work for us and set the unit up in a better location for a fraction of the costs I was quoted from others. John is running a small business and they are busy - so it may be hard to get a hold of them during busy times but it is worth the wait for the value. We really appreciate the work we had done and would call John in the future for anything else we need HVAC related.
John came highly recommended by my broker, who uses John all the time, and I was lucky enough to have John give a trusted eval of our ailing rooftop compressor. He proposed and delivered on a really high quality-install of our entire system including fan blower and thermostat. On time, responsive, great value, great customer service. Happy to report a great experience with Cardullo Mechanical. We discovered that our HVAC unit had been leaking water for some time. We called in another HVAC repair service who diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote to do the repair. It seemed high to me, so I asked around for recommendations and a friend told me to call John Cardullo. John was responsive and asked me to send him some photos; I did, and he was able to give me a quote that was literally half of what the first company quoted ($2,100 versus over $4,000). He also had the part in stock, while the other company would have had to order it (a process that they said would take 5-7 days, but that I'm thinking would have actually taken longer). They came when they said they would and completed the work to our satisfaction. I will definitely call Cardullo Mechanical first the next time I have an HVAC issue.
John put in a furnace and helped fix the furnace before I replaced it. He gave me a good price, did it when he said he would and cleaned up afterwards.
My AC died during a heatwave last July, but I didn't rush to replace it. After previous bad experience with contractors, I knew to take my time and find the best team for the job. First, I got an estimate from the team who installed my neighbor's HVAC, but I knew she had some problems with them. I had my doubts after speaking with them, then found they weren't honest with some of the things they told me. Of course, they also tried to sell me a more expensive unit that, given the size of my home, I didn't need. I checked the Next Door app for some more suggestions and got a few more estimates. John provided a fair estimate (his estimate was in the middle of my others, so not cheaper or more expensive), but he seemed the most honest and competent, so I chose him. And I'm glad I did! His team has been outstanding! While the job took longer than planned through no fault of their own, they were great throughout. They even returned to fix problems that were also no fault of their own (bad unit, roof replacement that caused a leak inside my house with the ac). They are always pleasant and professional. And they were extremely patient with my little dog who barks excessively and tries to bite everyone's ankles! I also felt fine leaving these guys to work in my home alone while I ran errands or walked my dog. I will gladly recommend John and team to anyone who appreciates good, professional service!

If you want an HVAC company that you can trust then I highly recommend this company. They responded quickly with same day service and even worked past 5 pm. They were extremely professional and made sure to explain their work. They didn't leave until they made sure everything was working properly.
John and his team have serviced my HVAC system many times over the last couple of years. The repairs and services are always completed in a professional and timely manner, and with fair pricing. I have also recommended them to a few friends who have been very happy with Cardullo Mechanical, too. I definitely recommend adding them to your homeowner resource list!
Purchased our home with a brand new hvac system installed by Cardullo. Closers agreement had notes that Freon needed to be added, with emails from Cardullo agreeing the system was good to go just needs freon . Cardullo came by to fill, system was down 2 weeks later. Told us to change the filter, turns out there was a “leak in the coil” of a system they installed. Have left several messages and texts over the last few months with no response. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Kind of a cliche, the contractor that never shows up. Would never recommend.

Jean & Greg came by to fix my heater. They arrived on time, explained the scope of the work they were conducting, and fixed my heater within minutes. They even stayed a few extra minutes to make sure the system continued working. 10/10 would recommend!
I highly recommend them. I had a new boiler put in and they were quick and did an amazing job. I also was able to get it scheduled alot earlier than other companies . Also they gave me a way better price than others. Saved me a ton. Thank you.

The service from immediate response to final clean up was great. John and Chris came within 24hrs to give an estimate, the quote came that night. Cardullo crew came on time, were well mannered, clean, and professional. The install was tricky, Large 1980's center city townhouse that requires all systems to be installed on the 4th floor roof. It went flawlessly. They go the extra mile and switched out the thermostat for extra ease in programing. The house is quiet and cool now, thank you Cardullo Mechanical!

Hired John Cardullo and his team to replace/relocate a noisy furnace to the basement, replace the AC compressor, run new duct to the new location, and also install a new water heater. I didn’t think the new location could even be done but they made it happen. The work was high quality and the crew on site was professional and showed pride in what they do. Happy to use a local company over a big chain. I got a great value and my very specific requirements for the project were satisfied. Will be using Cardullo for my future Hvac/water heater needs.
