There is a guy that works for them named Ray or Raed Deeb that is a good salesman and a lousy HVAC technician. He will take you money, disappear for weeks and then ultimately not finish the job. We all know "Buyer Beware" and believe me you need to be aware. Any company that would employee this guy is very suspect and based on their reviews sounds like he fits right in there.
They are very unprofessional they left me and my family in the cold for days ever time I called to see if they was coming out to fix my boiler They gave me one time and never came out .........then they send someone that didn’t know how to fix it ........... and they stop picking up the phone after I explain to they that I have 7 kids and a 10 month old baby please don’t used them
Very professional and They were on time.
All is about money,difficult to contact , dont honor warranty,break kitchen tile,didnt instal himidifier,lines hanging all over,basemant drop ceiling destroyed.
They were very professional very friendly explained everything that was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it.Came out to my house at the time they said they would.I would call them again.
