Air Masters HVAC was one of 5 different companies that I had give me an estimate to replace my central air and furnace. Jacob from Air Masters went over every detail regarding the installation, insurance coverage, brand name and how the system would work. Jacob gave us a very reasonable price compared with the other 4 companies he answered all of our questions, his knowledge and professionalism blew the other companies representatives out of the water. The crew that came out and made the installation was friendly, professional and worked very hard from the minute they got there until the job was finished , cleaned up all the debris swept and vacuumed. The system they installed works perfect. This is the company that you need to call, you will be happy you did.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I received an outragoues quote from another company to repair my internal blower fan for my HVAC system. So I decided to call around to get some different quotes. I called a few other companies and did not get a response, however when I called Air Masters they answered right away. I told them what my issue was, they asked for the model number of my HVAC unit, and then gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. I decided to go with them, and the work was finished today professionally. It took a few days after initial consult to get the work done, but that was due to the manufacturer being out of the part we needed, which was fine since my system was still working, just limping along. It was well worth the wait because now that annoying sound my system used to make when starting up is gone. Thanks you Air Masters for solving my problem, and making it easy. I will definitely be calling you again.
He was professional and came within the designated time window. Immediately took to figuring out why my HVAC unit wasn’t turning on. Turns out the person who installed my water heater had accidentally disconnected the wires for the HVAC. He immediately wired them back in place. I’m very appreciative and satisfied with the services.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Air Masters HVAC Inc because they came out and installed a brand new system. WE never been so HAPPY of the PRICE, WORK and PROFESSIONALISM of this company. Jacob made sure all our questions were answered he even registered the WARRANTY for our NEW UNIT. I appreciate this company and again I highly recommend them. The company owner is very humble and down to earth. His crew showed up on time as he promised and went straight to work without wasting any time. They were knowledgeable and accommodating towards my needs. They made the entire process made so easy that it didn't felt like we had such a big install going on in the house. They even cleaned the work area properly after themselves. I used them for my in-laws and surely recommend them to anyone who needs service. Their prices were very reasonable and affordable. I gave him my address to come see if he can change my house systems. Will surely give him more business. We need more business people like him to have faith is good customer service,honest work and good quality product.
I am not sure what (Bill) was talking about, we had Air Masters install a system for us, they came out on a Saturday to do the installation. We found nothing but professional and knowledge service from Brooke, Jake and the installers. They cleared everything up before they left, I, would recommend them to anyone.
The service was phenomenal! Air Masters was professional, punctual, and provided great service. They not only arrived at the start of their service window, they gave us a call 30 minutes before hand to give us a heads up reminder. Our technician provided the options for the repairs and was prompt in performing the fixes. Afterwords he made sure everything was cleaned up and got us back up and running. 5/5 would definitely use them again without any hesitation!

This is an edit to my previous review:: I was contacted by Jacob and due to unforeseen circumstances, there was a breakdown/delay in communication. He offered an apology and kept his commitment by repairing our heating system. His service was exceptional and I will continue to utilize his service and recommend him to others. Thank you!! Really hate leaving this review; however, I left with no other options. I worked with Jacob and he installed a new heating and air system. I eXperienced a problem with heating systems thermostat last winter and Jacob came by a did a temporary repair. He said he’d return to complete the repair and we made several attempts to contact him. He responds via text saying he’s going to call back and does not. We’ve made numerous calls and left messages with the receptionist Brook but have not gotten a response. Whatever temporary repair that was made is now causing the air not to work. Jacob or Brooke if you should read this review, I’d appreciate to hear from you. Hoping that we can rectify the issue and I’d be more than happy to update this review. Currently my only recourse is to post a review of my experience on google, Yelp, Next-door, Facebook and any other social media platform.

I had to replace the furnace and I decided to add a central AC having central air heating. Jacob came with good options on how to overcome certain duct limitations. Correct and reliable. He called and apologized when the rain at the previous job did not allow his team to finish and he had to postpone my job for a day. They came the next day and got the job done. He is offering decent prices that are difficult or impossible to get on Main Line; and he is aware of that. Definitely recommend if you do not have money and time to waste.
Complete scam! The lady who answers the phone, Brooke, is the worse, most unprofessional and rude person I've ever tried doing business with. She'll come off as nice just to try to take your money and switch up her entire personality just to leave you hanging. They never even showed up to the appointment or had the courtesy of calling me and letting me know. This is very bad and unprofessional business! Take heed to my warning and DO NOT get scammed by them.
I have not had service this good in a long time. Our air conditioner all of a sudden stopped working last night, I called the company, they said they were booked but would try and get out to us the next day (today). The technician was able to come out by lunch time and within seconds diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and had the air back on. Not once did they try to upsell or add on parts or price. Cheap, quick, and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone who needs some professional help or guidance, there's a reason they have such high ratings.
These guys are amazing! I found paper in the air filter slot of my new house in the evening and was desperate to get some answers. Another company had shrugged me off and told me to call the next day. In calling Air Masters HVAC Inc they stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes walking me through what I could do myself. After diagnosing the issue via photo / text Jacob determined it would be better for him to come see for himself. He gave me very clear instructions on what I could and could not do with my system before my appointment which I appreciated! He extremely prompt and addressed my issue very quickly. He was also kind enough to answer an additional questions about my venting system. I could not recommend more and I will definitely be using them again in the future!
Update:There was a miscommunication that the company rectified immediately. They showed up on time to the next scheduled appointment and got me up and running with no problem. We are finally cool again in the middle of this heat wave. He even gave me some tips on what to do if the problem happens again. Would recommend and use them again! Never showed up. Did not call or communicate with me whatsoever. If this type of unprofessionalism is happening from the very beginning I'm not confident in the work the provide or lack thereof.
This company installed a new furnace and AC in my house, they gave me the best quote, worked very fast and good quality work!

These guys were, by FAR, the most responsive, professional, and helpful HVAC crew I've worked with in the city. After calling 6 different companies from all over the city for an emergency repair in the middle of a POLAR VORTEX, they were the only ones that were able to get a tech out to our home in a timely manner. Jacob arrived on time, and literally, in 3 minutes, solved a problem with our boiler that another company had failed to fix after 2 hours of putzing around earlier in the week. Not only that, but Jacob took the time to explain to me what the problem was, what was happening, and how to fix it! When other companies would have just glossed over the details to try to pin me down for further service calls, Jacob was totally honest, and wanted to avoid any unnecessary charges since the fix ended up being something that I could handle. Again, I urge you, call Air Masters if you need any help with maintenance, repairs, or just questions--I'm appreciative of Jacob and of the company for being so responsive and helpful, and their work speaks for itself.
My HVAC began making a loud noise, and consistently waking me up. I called and made an appointment for the same day. Jacob fixed the issue and now I can sleep again! Thanks
If I can give 0 stars I would. Had some concerns about my hvac unit not blowing in all rooms. I called this company to see if I could get an estimate on whatever the issue would be. The rep on the phone put it in as a service call... when the tech showed up (reeking of cigarettes) he spent a total of 10 minutes in my basement which he spent some of the time taking incoming calls. He never once went into the rooms we complained about and just basically told us we needed to rip open walls and redo the home vents. Then i was charged $85 and threatened with a lawsuit b/c i took 24 hours to pay them. Exactly what i was charged for i don't even know since the tech did absolutely nothing. I called a different company and they spent 30 minutes here for FREE and gave me options other than ripping open the walls. Don't waste your time with this company.
