They came out on time and did an excellent job with my heating unit I will highly recommend them to others
We just had a new AC unit and heating unit installed by this company and really couldn't have been happier with their service. The guys that come to install your unit are the owners of the business. I mean really, it doesn't get more legit than that. These fellas are professional , courteous, considerate , hard working and fair. They worked late to make some special modification in order to get my unit to fit and make sure I had my AC back up and running. Definitely recommend.
I made a request for service and they responded right away and sent a technician in a few hours. Matt, did an excellent job at explaining what he was doing to diagnose the issue and what the option was to fix it. When he left my air conditioner unit was working perfectly.
My air wasn't working Jared came out that day and fixed the problem,he was awesome very professional and timely would definatly recommend and use this company again.

Never really got to "use them" and find out the quality of their workmanship. But I did learn something about their customer service. I called and scheduled a cleaning / maintenance check on two side by side boilers in a duplex. The service was scheduled for between 2pm and 5pm. I arrived at 1:45pm and checked my voicemail. There was a message from the tech left at 1:30pm stating that if I didn't call back within 5 minutes, the service would need to be rescheduled. I called back as soon as I could around 1:50pm, 20 minutes after their call, and the tech told me that they were already on their way to another job. So, they give themselves a 3hour arrival window, but give me 5 minutes to respond to a voicemail left 1/2 hour before the 3-hour window even starts. I take this as an example of how pushy this company probably is. I'll be looking for someone else.
Three weeks ago I tested my heater and it wouldn’t turn on. I had heard about this company from a friend so I called Air Changes and explained the problem. They said they could be out to my house later that day. They showed up about 6 PM and went right to work. They discovered that there was a bad valve. They fixed it and we’re on their way by 7 PM. The two men who came were friendly and professional. The charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend that if you have a heating problem you give Air Changes a call.

Matt and Noel were pleasant, efficient and thoroughly explained the process by which they had repaired our heating system. They provided me with important information for the future of my HVAC system and were extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Noel even showed my very curious toddler (who kept peeking in on them), an interesting fish video that amused him! I would highly recommend this company and their expertise/services which were so greatly appreciated by Matt & Noel.
Matt was really helpful and responsive in fixing our heater. He came on time and give us explanation on what the problem was. Job was done quick and heater is currently working great!
I have an oil heater that was not running so I reached out to these folks for help. They put me on their schedule and came out to diagnose the next day. After finding the faults with my heater, they brought me out to the unit and showed me exactly what was going on. In addition to giving me a visual, they explained how and why the problem occurred in such a way that made it easy for me to understand. I am very pleased with the services provided and would definitely recommend this company.

We used Air Changes Heating and Cooling to install two new heating and air condition units in our duplex both first and second floor. We got a great price from Jared and Matt on both units. They gave us a date for installation and they were there right on time. They didn't leave until they went over all of the operating instructions to ensure we were comfortable with the new units. They left our property just as they found it neat and clean. Prior to the installation of the new units at our duplex Matt provided services to our home unit and did not disappoint. Both Matt and Jared are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. Would most definitely use them again and would also recommend them to family and friends.
Matt diagnosed the problem quickly even though it wasn't an obvious problem. He was friendly, direct and got us up and running. It's been great to have heat during this recent cold spell!
