we had a problem with our ac system after moving into a new house, contacted shannon heating and cooling and in less than 24 hours it was fixed!! highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their system as well!!
Was incredibly responsive and flexible. He got our air conditioning fixed quicky, gave us tips on regular maintenance, listened to our barking dog the entire time and came out after a very busy/long day.

Called Shannon HVAC on a Sunday afternoon because our heating system broke. He answered the phone, took our info and was at our house in less than a 1/2 hour. Took him less than an hour to find the issue. Ordered the parts Monday morning and we were back in business. Super responsive service. Rates are reasonable. Highly recommend.
I called late on a Friday evening and expected to leave a message, but to my surprise Scott the owner picked up the phone. We had a curious smell going on and he offered to stop over the next day. Was prompt on his appointment with us and solved the issue in an hour. Looks like we found a good local HVAC man we can depend on!! 🙂

It’s 10 degrees on a Friday night. I called and talked to Scott.He was professional and knowledgeable. We came up with a plan and he was able to come out first thing in the AM. He was able to get the system back online with minimal expense. I just found my new HVAC service provider. Thank you.
I could not be more happy with the response and the professionalism of Shannon HVAC. I called with a failed cooling motor on my heat pump at 7 am in the morning and it was fixed by lunchtime . Also I am a new customer . After being a home owner for over thirty years and dealing with a lot of make believe techs Scott showed up fixed the problem immediately and called me at work to tell me the problem was fixed . I highly recommend this company and will only call Shannon HVAC from now on for all of my heating and cooling needs.!!!!
Chris was on time very patient And answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anybody. He took time to educate me on my furnace while he was diagnosing it He is well worth the money He's my new furnace guy
