Excellent service and honesty! Neighborly treatment… local service… have used them for years!
Naturally our central A/C decided to break on one of the hottest days this summer. I called and was told they had a full schedule for the day but would try to work me in. And they did...within a matter of hours technician Tim was at my house, quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, fortunately, had he a new one in his truck. We were back up in running in minutes. Great service experience!
So "Really Useful" found cheaper alternatives on the same day, but complained about the price?! Hmmmm... sure. I though they were great & honest!
Bob and Tim installed a new a/c system this spring. It was not an easy installation as there was little room in the crawl space. Bob's price was the best by far, and the workmanship was excellent. Recently, we learned we needed a new furnace. Other vendors couldn't give us an estimate for weeks. With winter approaching, my wife and I were getting nervous. Bob Beach worked us into his busy schedule and again gave us a fair price. We give Bob and Tim 6 stars out of 5.

Bob and Tim installed a new hot water heater in our home. They were able to install it the next day in three hours. They answered all of my questions and made some added improvements to two valves and a pipe on the wall, too. They were Covid-safe and very friendly. I will call them for any HVAC needs we may have in the future.
They were on time and they did an OK job. However their charge was 3 times more than other vendors who could come around the same time. We felt that we were robbed. They charged an insane amount ($450, when the going rate is $120-$200 on a Tuesday afternoon, not weekend, not evening, not weekend) to replace a part that is worth $25 with 20 minutes of labor. This is not a good way to keep long term returning customers. We will not use them ever again and will not recommend to anyone. It is a shame
Great local business in the Lehigh Valley. Been using them for many years. Mary is always really nice and accommodating when you call to schedule, and Bob and the guys are knowledgeable and professional, and always get the job done right and in a timely manner. Very happy with their service and will continue to call them for my heating and AC needs.

Was referred to Mark and his team by another company and he was very prompt in addressing our problem with our oil boiler. Price was excellent and they were extremely thorough especially in their repair and clean up! They are now going to be my regular HVAC go-to!!!
We recently purchased a house in the Lehigh Valley, and looked into converting our Oil heat into Natural Gas. We called Beach HVAC and received excellent service. Once we called UGI and had them set up the line from the road to the house, Bob and his crew took over and got our new water heater and boiler hooked up for natural gas. Bob was able to walk us through the whole process with ease and is very knowledgeable. We look forward to continuing using them for all our future heating and air needs. My wife and I highly recommend this local business!

We had Tim as our mechanic. He was such a nice person and very professional. He answered all of my husbands question and went far and beyond to fix the issue. Our air was not working and it's been a blistering summer. Our home is comfortable again! We had a great experience. We will be using Beach HVAC for all our servicing requirements in the future.
