Service First has been great and easy to work with. Roman was very helpful and thorough and he helped identify an issue with our condenser before it became a problem in the middle of the summer.
July 2023 update: Wayne came out to do routine service and, as usual, the work was top notch and without issue. We continue to recommend Service First without question and continue to stand behind the five star rating. October 2022 update: Unfortunately, we needed a new water heater and we hired Service First to do the job. Aside from a clean and professional install, the craftsmanship is absolutely perfect. It’s a shame that the beautiful job they did with the copper plumbing is hidden away in the basement. It’s obvious that these guys take pride in their work. That’s a sign of a good boss and a successful business. We had a minor equipment failure that needed immediate attention, so I placed a call to Service First. Roman called me back almost immediately and was at my front door within the hour. The diagnosis was fast and accurate, the price was very reasonable. We’re new customers having switched after using another local contractor for over 30 years and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Service First.

Service First did a great job! Everyone from the scheduling person on the phone, to the sales representative who explained heat pump options for our home, to the technicians who installed our system. Everyone was efficient, friendly, and very careful to take the time to show us the system and answer any questions. We would definitely recommend Service First!
Wish I found Service First years ago when I had my buisness theses guys are amazing!!! Very responsive and tgey know exactly what they are doing. They find the issue in minutes which tells me from experience they know the systems. They are Not parts changers hoping to get lucky and change the right part and charge you for the guessing. My recent encounter with Service First left me deeply disappointed and questioning their integrity. In need of routine maintenance, I called upon Service First for assistance, expecting honest advice. However, the technician insisted that I needed a completely new HVAC system, raising suspicions about potential commission-based motives as my system was working completely fine. Seeking a second opinion, I was relieved to discover that my existing system was in excellent condition. This stark contrast in assessments revealed Service First's attempt to deceive me into an unnecessary and hefty purchase. I caution others to be wary when dealing with Service First HVAC. Their dishonest practices undermine trust in service providers. Prioritize transparency, seek multiple opinions, and be mindful of potential commission-based incentives when making HVAC-related decisions.
They respond quickly and give a complete explanation of what is needed. I can’t say enough good things about Service First.
I scheduled a summer AC check with Service First Heating & Air Conditioning. It was our first time using this company and they were wonderful, from our initial phone contact through the maintenance service. The service tech, Liam, arrived on time and was respectful of our home. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. At the end of the service, he explained what was performed and the current operating status of our system. Overall, a great experience from start to finish! We'll be using them again in the fall for our heating system tuneup.

Overall great experience working with this company. From the sales to installation I felt very informed about the product and the install plan. Install went great and installers were kind and courteous. Would highly recommend.
