Kenderdine did an excellent job installing a new AC and heating system for us. Great value, excellent quality and fast from start to finish!
Our unit went down after business hours when it was 103 outside and they dispatched a repair technician who had us up and running in under 60 minutes. They were responsive, clean and courteous. We have also used them for basic service of our furnace and AC units and have been comforted by the service they provide. Highly recommended! Update: I have now used their services for Residential, Commercial, and Light Industrial installs and service – The Quality Continues.

We've been using the team at Kenderdine's since we moved into our home a few years ago. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this company, in every way. We live in an older home and have had our share of "emergency" no heat / no hot water / no AC situations. Each time we've had to call Kenderdine's in situations like this, they typically send a professional to come out and address the situation immediately. They are incredibly responsive and reliable. Most recently, we had a new AC unit and ductwork installed. Every aspect of the process, from initial consultation all the way through the installation, exceeded our expectations. The crew that performed the installation (Jim, Will and Steve) were INCREDIBLY professional, respectful and knowledgable. They communicated with us every step of the way and ensured that we were fully onboard with their approach. I would highly recommend Kenderdine's Heating Oil & HVAC to anyone in the local area that is need of their service!

Kenderdine's did a great job installing a new min split heat pump for me.... Tech was completely professional and personable....I chose Kenderdine lbecause they had the best price quote in the area....I will use them exclusively in the future from now on.
Our a/c stopped working in 95 degree & very humid weather. We called Kenderdine's, they came out SAME DAY and did a simple fix by replacing a bad capacitor. Never once did the rep try to pressure us into buying a new a/c unit that wasn't needed. Kenderdine's is the real deal and have earned our lifelong loyalty! Thank you Kenderdine!!!
On a bright sunny day in the middle of a heat wave; I walked into my office and quickly realized that our HVAC was not cooling the building properly . I immediately reached out to Kenderdine's and within a couple hours they arrived to once again save the day . Always professional, friendly and fair. We work with Kenderdine's for our home's Oil heat and AC as well. Highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Kenderdine's had a good price and were honest about what we were purchasing. Showed up on time and got the job done when promised.
Overall not a nice person that I spoke to in person. He Was very argumentative and not understanding at all. Just a bad look on the company and disrespectful to people who are trying to get help or helping out.
Jim and I used Kerderdines for a couple years and never experienced any problems. Their service people are impeccable with professional experience to repair, fix every issue we faced at our home. They auto fill our oil tank also. The office always treats us professionally and provides the assistance we need. We would recommend Kenderdines Heating Oil.
We have used Kenderdine for years and will never use them again. Every year we set up a service contract with them and they top off our oil. This year, we have tenants at the property and I called them and had a lengthy conversation with Joy to see if we could maintain the service contract without topping off the oil because we did not want to be responsible for the oil bill. She said it would not be possible. I called back shortly after and spoke to a gentleman to notify them we would not be continuing our contract with them. Then, that Saturday, they came and topped off the oil even though the contract had been cancelled!!. We received a bill, and when I called to dispute it because we cancelled our contract, Joy tried to tell me that I never cancelled the “top off”, only the service contract. She denied our conversation and said I never discussed that I didn’t want to continue paying for the topping off of the oil which was a complete lie because it was the exact reason I called in the first place. I asked if they record their phone calls, and of course they don’t. She said the best they could do was decrease the price but we were still responsible to pay. I’m absolutely disgusted - I feel conned. How can a company hold you financially responsible for THEIR mistake?? I will never use this company again- and by the other reviews, it’s clear they are happy to steal your money. Stay clear of this company! They are deceitful and dishonest and completely fine taking money from their loyal customers when they know they are in the wrong.
Called about my AC not working. Will came in a half hour and left a half hour later having fixed it. I’m cool and happy...

I was a Kenderdine's customer for several years. Recently they messed up and let my oil tank run dry even though I was on auto delivery. Thankfully I was home and was able to call them before my pipes froze. When they brought me oil to refill my tank they charged me .70 cents per gallon more than any other company in the area! When I called to complain, they refused to adjust the bill because they had been charging me that price all year and I hadn't caught it! I ended up paying them over $500 more for oil than I should have and they refused several opportunities to make it right. Steer clear of this company unless you want to be overcharged!!!!!
Recently I had my heater and air conditioner replaced by Kenderdine’s, they were efficient, courteous and timely. I highly recommend this company.
