I have been working with HVAC for about 7 years now, and I can confidently say these guys are better than your average hvac wholesaler. They have a ton of great inventory, pricing is on point, they have a bunch of locations, they buy the biggest brands, if they make a mistake, they fix it promptly at no additional cost. I would recommend HVAC Dist to any pro that is looking for a quality hvac wholesaler. 5stars!
HVAC has generally taken care of us. Recently we needed a part for a pretty new unit we had bought from them. They didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t help us out on expedited shipping. So I bought it from another vendor that stocked it. HVAC says they only stock the parts that there’s a demand for, and that’s fine. But if they aren’t willing to help us out in the rare occasion that a part fails, I will buy units from vendors that do stock parts instead.
