New customer. Day before holiday. Fast service and repair
I am a recent homeowner and was referred to Hershey's when I needed help running gas for a new stove and also some AC/plumbing issues that needed addressed. They were extremely prompt in getting out to the house. This is my first experience with an HVAC and plumbing company and i have felt they have delivered 5 star service. Every tech who has come to my house has been on time, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. The owner Ryan came out initially and i have nothing but positive things to say! He runs a great company!

We had called Hershey out for a problem with our furnace and they came quickly, made the repair and suggested ways to save oil by adding a hot water heater which we had thought about but never did. We purchased a hot water heat pump and are very happy with it, they were great guys to work with, respected our home and pets, got the job done and gave us a tutorial. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC/plumbing needs.
These guys are the best! Promptly helped us during a heat wave when our AC unit stopped working. Also installed a new gas furnace quickly for a fair price. Hershey HVAC is our go to contractor for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs. We have been using them for the past 2 years and appreciate their responsiveness, and customer service, along with honest pricing.
Recently installed a hot water heater for us in very short notice. The tech was super friendly and respectful of our space and home. I thought the prices were very fair. They explained all the things they did so we were aware of what had been done and simply billed us by email. Great overall experience.

We were getting a new mini split and heat pump installed in our home that had never had any HVAC system installed prior. We had quotes from many different companies, and Hershey’s pricing was very competitive, but we wanted top notch quality more than anything, and they delivered on both. The owner came out to quote us, and discussed what was best for our home. He was very responsive, even coming out a second time to answer a few more questions before we had it installed. The job was done in one day, and his team did great, clean work. Super pleased with how everyone looked on the inside and outside of our home. Our mini splits have been an awesome upgrade, working even better than we imagined. Would Highly recommend working with Hershey heating and air.
We are so happy with the work Hershey Heating & AC did in our home. They repaired some plumbing that wasn't working properly and has been difficult for many plumbers to figure out. But they figured it out, did a great quality job and the price was very reasonable. We could not be happier.

I had Ryan install ductwork in my apartment, running from the basement to the attic to provide heat into the upstairs. He and his employees did a great job coming up with a solution to hide the ductwork in the closet. They respond quickly to answer any questions I had throughout the installation.
We used Hershey Heating and Air Conditioning to install a Central Air/Heat Pump unit in our home. The work started exactly when scheduled, finished ahead of schedule and was performed at the quoted price. Mr. Hershey and his staff were professional and courteous. They paid very close attention to every detail and kept the house extremely clean despite having to cut drywall. All of the carpets were protected with drop cloths. Honestly, they left the house nicer than when they found it! I cannot speak highly enough of this company or the job they did! I strongly recommend using Hershey Heating and Air Conditioning for any heating or cooling project you have!
