Luke has been my go-to guy to solve my HVAC issues. When the time came to replace my unit, there was no question who would get the call. Luke, Brett, Joe and the rest of the crew were able to fit me into their schedule and their work speaks for itself. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! Thanks guys!!
Luke is amazing. Our HVAC was leaking water all over the place so we called around and every business we talked to was happy to send a tech out for a "fee and we'll see". Then I called Luke. He listened to my issue and we worked together to fix the issue promptly. It's so refreshing to meet honest professionals who care about their clients and provide excellent service. 100/100! Professional, honest, and quality workmanship, are three of many words I would use to describe Luke Cipriani and his team. When my furnace wasn't working (non real emergency as it was 60° but still needed a little heat) correctly, I called Cipriani heating and cooling and they were able to get me service within the day. After diagnosing the issue a part needed order that needed overnight, so the next day when the part came in Luke himself came to install it. I had to leave while Luke was here to get my son and school, he didn't need much time to finish so i left a key and card for payment. Luke finished the job sent me pictures upon leaving and locked up. I would recommend Luke and his team to anyone as they are ca of handling any job no matter the size.
I called first thing in the morning because furnace was not working. They were able to get me on their schedule for same day service, kept me apprised of their ETA, were prompt, professional and personable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made repairs for very fair price. Thank you Luke and Brett! It was a great experience and I highly recommend L. Cipriani H&C.

I hired them to redo some ductwork in my basement. These jags are the real deal and just, basically, a wonderful group of guys. Responsive via text, low/fair price, no nonsense/sales/marketing/nonsense that you get with almost all other businesses now-a-days. The one con I experienced was the need for patience. This is reasonable given the low-urgency of my ductwork vs someone sweating out the summer with a busted system.
I was having problems with my A/C and Brett returned my call and came out quickly. He also provided some easy care tips for next spring that I could do on my own. I would highly recommend them.

When I spoke to Luke, I had no idea what was wrong with my AC unit. I expected to have to wait for an appointment and thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Not only did Luke send someone to my house in less than a week, Antwan arrived exactly when promised. He was extremely professional and fixed it for a cost way less than I expected. I couldn't be happier with the service & professionalism I received from Luke & Antawn. I highly recommend this company.
Luke and his team are the best around. Needed maintenance on my furnace asap and they were very responsive and quick to get to my house. I needed a new ac system and again very responsive,quick,and professional. They're very reasonably priced also

I worked with Brett to diagnose and fix my AC. He was fantastic to work with. He fit me into his schedule quickly, was always prompt and professional, and helped me through the process (we had to deal with a home warranty company). I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Luke and Brett were awesome. Installed our full system in a day and I didn't even know they were there. If you need anything HVAC related these are your guys. You won't be disappointed
Luke came out within a day to view the job and provide a bid. After a few questions about use, current issues and potential improvements he gave me his recommendation and a quote. Of the bids I received, this was both the most reasonable and had better options than the others I received from larger companies. On the scheduled day of installation he brought an entire crew to take out the old furnace and A/C unit. All of the workers were polite, and personable. The entire job, including testing out the systems and answering questions was done in 6 hours. My only regret is the moderate temperature that is preventing me from fully testing the system. I could not have asked for a friendlier, more professional crew.
Your furnace going out the day before Thanksgiving is not what anyone wants. However the technician (Bret) was there within a half hour of my call. Bret always was very professional. He text me to let me know when he would arrive and was always on time and friendly. We did have to wait for a part but he was there when it came in, first thing as promised got it fixed and it was a affordable. Thank you!
